Rico’s Hibachi & Wings

Come here all the time but I will never be back.
I called and asked if they could please redo my wings. They drenched them in sauce. But the manager says that I asked for them to be this way… drenched in sauce until you can’t even see the wings?
That’s so disappointing. The manager wouldn’t eat this either.

Tried to call in an order. She put me on hold and never came back. I waited for 20 minutes. I tried to call back but it goes straight to voicemail.

They are always so sweet on the phone when I place my order. Always hot and delicious.

I was skeptical about this place when it came to Hibachi however its actually way better than the expensive 4/5 star places rated in that area.

Didn't like the way they marked the top of their yum yum sauce in red it got on hand and I thought it was blood. That's the last thing I want to have on my mind while eating. Lost my appetite.

I was just raving about Rico’s Hibachi 90 days ago, telling anyone who would listen that this was my go-to spot. But today, they showed their true colors. I ordered the 8pc shrimp combo and immediately regretted it. The shrimp was hot, sure, but also rubbery, clearly overcooked, and worse: the first one had visible entrails. I tried to move past it… until I picked up a second shrimp and saw short, reddish-brown hairs fused right into the batter.

Absolutely disgusting.

When I politely brought this to their attention, the staff member smiled and just as politely told me to toss it with no apology, no refund, no replacement. That’s the kind of service they think is acceptable. It wasn’t just dismissive, it was insulting.

If I could rate the customer service, it would be a solid 0 out of 0. Because that’s how much care they gave to my concern……Zero.

This wasn’t just a bad meal, it was a total breakdown in food safety and basic respect. I won’t be back, and I won’t be quiet about it either. Rico’s, do better.

Cross contamination and the cook went to the back to fill squirt bottles or whatever he was doing a few times without changing his gloves! What! The Mexican cashier lady was not friendly more like suspicious and smirky, I knew then it wasn’t going to be good. Never ever will I again and I advise you to BEWARE to!

I didn’t even try the food. I am giving this review based solely off of my experience getting food. Let’s start with that I called the restaurant for 15 minutes straight and no one ever picked up the phone so I could place an order. I finally drove here. Placed an order at 7:47 PM and at 8:07 PM I still do not have my food. I don’t care how good the food is a fast food restaurant food should not take 20+ minutes to come out.

i came here to eat. then i ask can i use the bathroom..little Hispanic girl didnt care.. she just ignored me... so i left... dont come here they suck!!! Don't come here I had to use the Mexican restaurant next door to use the bathroom.... by the way I just had to pee....

I’ve found my new favorite restaurant 😍 My shrimp combo was piping hot fresh and seasoned with perfection. My co workers grilled chicken salad was bussin! The portions are healthy and the price is so reasonable. The cheesesteak egg rolls were the cherry on top. Will be back often

The only downside for this place is they charge for refills,if you where getting a cheap price for your food i could understand the charge.
