Great walk in feeling, with a small, cozy, but not cramp interior.
Wheelchairs would likely cause minor inconvenience to any users of them (ie people might need to move out of line slightly to make room.) however I (never used a wheelchair except for passing out in primary school) cannot be sure.
The texture: the best texture and mouth feel of any ice cream I’ve ever had. (Really) it is very soft but also rough and dry just enough.
The flavours aren’t their specialty (but they are still great) I just feel I mostly like it for the feel.
Seating is plentiful. No issues, so no comments. You *will not* be unable to find seating.

Parking: You will likely need to walk a reasonably short amount of distance from the parking, but overall it is not bad and I would be able to see the store from the parking. The shortest parking is accessible by wheelchair ramp.
Wheelchair accessibility: 1. The store itself is fine(very flat) 2. The library nearby is how I often access this, which has a two set staircase with handrails, but also has a moderately long wheelchair ramp alongside 3. No stupid architecture that would pose an issue

Without a doubt a the worries service i have NEVER received!! We showed up at 12pm for ice for the kiddos and no one was there to open up. Asked the ladies at the BBQ joint next door, and they said they were supposed to be open. Eventually 10 minutes later a heavy set girl showed up to open. We sat outside for 20 minutes and she repeatedly would look at us and not acknowledge us. The some lady from the BBQ joint asked her through the door if she was going to open and she just blew her off and said I'll open in a bit. I'll NEVER go back here. Brought the kids out in the cold to this trashy service. Would give ZERO stars if I could

Decided to come get ice cream from here around 5-5:08 pm and the lady with the blonde hair in a pony tail, young looking. She had a unwelcoming attitude towards us. Love the ice cream but will not do business with unprofessional employees.

I was in the area and wanted some ice cream. Can you imagine how excited I was when I searched Yelp and found Scoops??? Omgggggggggggg.I pulled in and was immediately in love with the area. Scoops sits towards the middle near the park and sits cozy in the corner. Oh yes, this place is a gem and I am ready to go gem hunting. LoL.I can’t lie, choosing a flavor was sooooooooo hard. As such, I had to get a few samples.I tried the:Lemon Cheesecake and theYellow Cake BatterOk. As Cookies & Cream is my go to, I had to go outside of my comfort zone. Man listen, I wanted BOTH OF THEM. The flavor profiles are super robust and the ice cream is extra creamy. Great ice cream, however this is my 3rd time in here and it has to have the rudest staff I’ve ever seen. The two young girls roll their eyes at every question asked and give a rude response. I witnessed one of them reply to a little boy, who was asking about the ingredients in a certain flavor, “why would I know that” as she rolled her eyes. This poor respectful boy had to wait for the other girl to read the carton to see. Absolutely unacceptable. Again, amazing Ice cream, cute place, but unfortunately the worst staff I’ve seen anywhere. Please fix this so family’s can enjoy ice cream like it’s meant to be enjoyed.

The ice cream is fresh! This place has SOOO many different options! If you have a sweet tooth this is the spot to be! It's relatively busy with what seems to be many satisfied customers. They don't just have ice cream, they have an eclectic selection of candies and other items that are sure to make you happy, many of which you won't find ANYWHERE else. GPS is a little confusing but look hard and you shall find this slice of sweet heaven!
