The ice cream selection is awesome, but the wall of candy is amazing! They have some nostalgic candy that you remember from your childhood but haven't seen anywhere in years! The crew here is always amazing, every time I come in. They're nice, they chat with you, and you can tell they enjoy working here.

Not only is the ice cream great with lots of fun options (tons of unique candy options as well), but the service is even better! Sara was wonderful with my 4 children and let them watch her hand dip ice cream cones. She made the experience a fantastic one that my children will remember. Thank you!

My son and I walked in, excited to get our favorite ice cream, and the girls at the counter completely ignored us. They saw us and just carried on their conversation. We stood there for about a minute and they continued to not acknowledge us, so we left. It’s unfortunate because we love Scoops in Covington and Zebulon… but here was a terrible experience. Definitely won’t return to this location again.

Probably the best ice cream spot I’ve been to!!! The staff are very kind and very welcoming. Theres lots of flavors and other sweet treats you can think of! I absolutely love their banana pudding and lemon cheesecake ice cream 😋🍦
Very cute ice cream and candy shop. The cashier Shawn was very kind and attentive from the moment we walked in. The ice cream was delicious and we loved the chocolate covered cherries and other desserts we bought. He was even very thorough when making my latte and asking about my preferences. Very refreshing to see young people who are very kind and great at their job. Keep up the good work!

Great walk in feeling, with a small, cozy, but not cramp interior.
Wheelchairs would likely cause minor inconvenience to any users of them (ie people might need to move out of line slightly to make room.) however I (never used a wheelchair except for passing out in primary school) cannot be sure.
The texture: the best texture and mouth feel of any ice cream I’ve ever had. (Really) it is very soft but also rough and dry just enough.
The flavours aren’t their specialty (but they are still great) I just feel I mostly like it for the feel.
Seating is plentiful. No issues, so no comments. You *will not* be unable to find seating.
Pleasant place, and I go here often. Can’t give much opinion on anything but the ice cream however.
Parking: You will likely need to walk a reasonably short amount of distance from the parking, but overall it is not bad and I would be able to see the store from the parking. The shortest parking is accessible by wheelchair ramp.
Wheelchair accessibility: 1. The store itself is fine(very flat) 2. The library nearby is how I often access this, which has a two set staircase with handrails, but also has a moderately long wheelchair ramp alongside 3. No stupid architecture that would pose an issue

Without a doubt a the worries service i have NEVER received!! We showed up at 12pm for ice for the kiddos and no one was there to open up. Asked the ladies at the BBQ joint next door, and they said they were supposed to be open. Eventually 10 minutes later a heavy set girl showed up to open. We sat outside for 20 minutes and she repeatedly would look at us and not acknowledge us. The some lady from the BBQ joint asked her through the door if she was going to open and she just blew her off and said I'll open in a bit. I'll NEVER go back here. Brought the kids out in the cold to this trashy service. Would give ZERO stars if I could
