Walked in to no greeting and no acknowledgment from the young lady from Saturday morning. Almost walked bk out. No one was in restaurant. When we got our food , one of my sides was replaced with the most salty fries ever. Will never be back. Manager spent of of his time walking around on his phone. No customer service to ask if we liked our meal or anything.

Food is normally great. Waited over 20 mins just to find out the order never printed. My toddler was grumpy so had to end up getting refunded and going somewhere else.

This is my first experience of Shane's Rob Shack. Great food and service. I'm from the SW so we a bit disappointed that there wasn't any brisket. However, what I did order melts on your mouth. I will be a repeat customer.

This was me and my boyfriend’s first time coming to Shane’s Rib Shack and I have to say I love the food ! The baked beans were my favorite, we really enjoyed the food all together.

Made me sick. Pork was wet slop. Ribs had the membrane still on them and was tough as rubber. expensive for subpar food.
Update: I contacted the email they responded with under this review on July 16. Have not heard anything back. looks like they just post that to save face. Not a great look. I’ll be posting this to social media sites.

Consistent, decent BBQ. Good smoked wings and ribs especially. Order with the app, it's easier. Service could be better for takeout but the bar isn't high lately.
