I went to this location last night, I understand they close at 8pm, I got there around 7:53pm and sat at the drive thru but no one ever came after I said hello. I proceeded to the window and you can see them laughing whole backed up from the window. I said hello but no one ever came they were just giggling so I rode to the front of the store and I asked them if they were closed, they looked me dead in the face and wouldn't reply they just turned all the lights out. They could have said they were closed at the drive thru or the window or the door but they didn't. I was highly upset because my husband is on dialysis and he was not feeling well and wanted just a smoothie instead of something heavy and I couldn't get that. I don't think I'll be returning to this location anymore.

The customer service was horrible. There were four people there and the location was not busy. They were mostly talking and on their phones. I’m all for having fun at work, but the work needs to get done. Lovejoy location much better.

Just went thru the drive thru , it’s raining . Ordered 4 smoothies, heard the three young men stating that I should’ve brought my ass in with this big order. I don’t car if I ordered 10 drinks thru the drive thru, you are there to make the drinks.

I placed an order on the app this morning, and kept getting different error messages, so I couldn’t place the order. When I checked my email I realized my card was charged 5 times. I called the store no answer. So I went to the store. The young lady behind the counter told me no managers were there,she couldn’t do anything. Okay can I get a phone number or email address for a manager. The young lady proceeded to tell me that she doesn’t save numbers in her phone and she didn’t have an email address for the manager. So she lied to me and offered no help. I left. Customer service training should be mandatory hours. That was ridiculous. Hopefully a manager will respond to this review so I can get my money back.

If you are looking for a healthy drink I recommend this place, the smoothie was delicious, in its point!! I had just done some work in my mouth and everything I could eat had to be liquid and this made me feel satisfied... I would definitely buy again.
They got some bomb smoothies, even though it’s pricey it’s worth it. Ms.Renee is so sweet and a very hardworking woman, she makes my day every time I come there!! Y’all sleeping on her, give her a raise, a promotion, or something!! Got one of the best employees working for yall hands down!! ✨
