The fact that I had to sit and actually say hello 3 times after waiting for about 10 mins before the older lady got on the intercom was crazy. She was super sweet and trying to figure orders out while the other lady was taking orders and rolling her eyes the whole time is beyond me. I work in customer service and have for many yrs in management. I would be giving people whom actually want to work a job verses just having a body there who has a horrible attitude towards paying customers.

I don’t think I’ve ever met somebody quite so rude in a customer service position. You would’ve thought I ruined her day by asking her for a few extra packs of ketchup. Terrible service!

I waited 30 minutes for one soft pretzel and the staff advised me my mom could not place her separate order at the speaker when we originally pulled up and tried to place two separate orders. They said one per car. We get up to the window they give me a dry ass salt less pretzel. I take it back ask then make it right. We are now once again waiting in line for my mom’s order. Hopefully they get it right or we will not be bringing our business to this location any longer. These employees are new I’ve never seen their faces before, but the customer service for one is piss poor, following directions is obviously not included either. Do better.

Today was my third visit to this Sonic. The first two were good. This time I placed a mobile order. I went to the spot where you are supposed to wait, let them know I was there, and then waited for a half hour..
I tried calling them three times. There was no answer. I got in the drive-through line. I stay at the speaker for 5 minutes. No one says anything and they don't reply when I speak. I drive on through the line. I finally got to the window and they gave me my food.
I'd been waiting for a total for an hour, so I asked to talk to the manager. I wanted to let them know that they had some problems. Rather than listening and saying, "thanks for letting me know", which is what I expected, she was very defensive and blamed it on a big order they received half an hour after mine.
If this has been my first visit, it would also have been my last. I understand that they were busy and that she was feeling overwhelmed, but as the leader you have to take some responsibility.
I'll be back. And I expect I'll update this review to be more pleasant. I actually have enjoyed the food I've gotten here. Hopefully the service will improve to match it.

The drive-thru lady was very nice☺️. The tots were good??. But the smash burger was so undercooked that I took only 1 bite?. Hey, I have eaten rare steaks without a second thought, but ground beef is different?. I am anxiously waiting to see if i have a reaction??. I don't give up on a chain because of 1 bad experience. But what if this is their new recipe?. I am not likely to eat at that particular location again anytime soon☹️
