When we approached the door, he indicated that they had closed. This is the second time we have experienced this location closing earlier than advertised.

Let me tell you….great customer service from KJ AND KILEE!! I can appreciate amazing customer service especially in the evening when folks ready to go home !! They were up front about what was missing and very pleasant while assisting me! I have no complaints and will be back just to see them !

Not the cleanest location, but staff were friendly and the food tasted good. The past few times I’ve stopped by they didn’t have a few things I was wanting which was frustrating. They were just out of it for the day, mostly the steak.

Ordered extra tuna and specified exactly what I wanted on it. The sub did not have even the regular serving of tuna. It was only a smudgent amount at best. The bread was stale,. It. was not worth the money!
OK. So I decided to give this establishment another chance. Ordered a tuna again… with double tuna. To my surprise, It had only the regular serving again, although I ordered double tuna. I saw that now the has a medal shield so no one can see how much food the employee(s) is putting on the sandwiches. I would not recommend this place!

Employee was very nice and ready to take my order . I placed an online order for faster service . However it was not ready 20 mins when I arrived . There is a older little guy that was making the order he was rude and non responsive just nods his head no straight forward answer . Ordered a chicken teriyaki sandwich toasted . Chicken was cold and tough . This is my 2nd time in the store this week . I visit frequently restaurant seems to be going down hill . Restroom never in order . Owner making sandwiches and handling dirty money with the same gloves .

It makes no sense to have a meal of the DAY that yall changed to different hours as you choose. As someone who has came here before on her lunch break not sure what happened to the staff. The young lady working today, 2/11/25 at 2:30 PM, had an awful attitude. When I came in I asked for the meal of the day she pointed out it was not until 3 (they recently added a printed note with their own rules) just making conversation I was like oh interesting because I have came here and gotten it on my lunch break before. She laughed multiple times then said “it says it up there right on the board” as if I could not read. I reiterated because I was just making conversation that I have gotten it before so it was just interesting. I still proceeded to ask for the same thing regardless of the price. She kept laughing and acted as if I did not know what I wanted to order. Like I did not know the different from slice to shredded cheese. while taking my order but could not follow when I said I wanted the chicken with the cheddar. I actually waked out because of the laughter and rudeness! Don’t want to come again which is awful because I did regularly come as I work in the daycare not far. Which also it is odd to not offer the sandwich meal of the day during lunch hours!

The little man working on Sunday January 19th 2025 at about 230 pm. I asked for toasted. He put it in the oven but did he bother to see if it was toasted no. It did not toast at all. The kid very rude. Rushing someone doesn’t help. Be better- update after I ate their food the next day I was crapping like no other. Food here made me sick. Don’t go here

It took 20 minites to get my sub. I was okay with it because they had a 12 sandwhich order before me.
The problem is that they really didnt have what i wanted. So instead of tuna i got a spicy italian.. and when i was asked what kinda of cheese i said pepper jack and he gave me american cheese.
I really dislike american cheese. Please dont lie to your customers. I peaked over the counter and the floor was filthy. Wont be coming here again.

Worst service ever had at a subway. I asked for lettuce tomatoes and onions for the toppings on the sandwich when I got ready to eat and took a bite it tasted different. I opened the sandwich and it was diced cabbage instead of lettuce. The bread was all flaky and falling apart. I just threw it in the trash and I will never be back there again….Just horrible.

Just ordered a turkey sandwich with honey mustard spinach and green peppers online, 3 things, what I get? A turkey sub with lettuce tomato and onions. Not a single ingredient was right, this is why ppl come in and watch you like you Don't know what you are doing.
