Walked in to get my online order that my wife ordered. Two rude ladies would not give me the order until I could prove with a confirmation email that I was supposed to pick up the order . I told them who I was and offered i.d. Told them what was in the order and what it would cost. Nope not good enough. So I had to call my wife who had to call the store . Still not good enough. I had to show them the email confirmation. Never had to do that before just for an order. I recommend they be fired . The way I was treated was a joke for just two sandwiches. I won't go back . This Subway is a no way !

Ordered online for pickup , the site shows the food is ready. I get to the store to pick up the order and there are two of the slowest associates working with a line out of the door. I go to get my order and the lady says 10mins !!! They haven’t even started the darn order. I hate this place ! Why the heck will the app say it’s ready and I have to wait an additional 10-20mins?

New manage took over about 2 months ago and sky rocketed the prices ... literally ate the exact same thing at a subway 2 miles down the road and it was $4 cheaper. ($7 compared to $11). Called and asked the employee and was given an attitude about it. Will not be back to this location.
