Yeah there is a better Subway in Fayetteville and Riverdale, save yourself the hassle. The customer service the 2 times that I have been here has been trash the Caucasian young lady with a nose ring and red hair has both times been more concerned about talking about her personal issues that preparing my food, she didnt speak even after I greeted her just stood their looking at me and then says what kind of bread! The cooler for drinks was empty the cookies and chips low stocked it is a no for me when there are better serving Subways near by

The young lady destiny was on the phone the whole time.I ordered online and had three different subs. I asked her how was I gonna know which sub was what, she said they have stickers. So I asked if she could put a sticker on the sub, she then said she ain’t tryna do all that. I understand people get tired but when I’m the only person there and I was outside 15 minutes before I even went inside and nobody showed up even in that time frame, the attitude and back talk was unnecessary.

I spent 12.50 on a turkey sub. 7/9/25 730pm. There was a young lady sitting on her phone when myself and another customer walked in. The employee with no salutations. Let's us know that the oven is down still. 1 week later from the last time I was here. So the other customer leaves and the employee starts to assist. While she's making my sandwich I noticed that her veggies needed freshening. I asked for fresh lettuce and she proceeds to reach for the container that is almost empty and has wilted brown lettuce in it. So I said, no. I'll have the fresh one. The spinach container was completely empty. She clearly felt a way because advocated for fresh lettuce. Smh. Please hire more professional people. People that actually want to be their. Lastly fix that darn oven.

The manager Lanta is super rude she lied and said we were cursing at her she doesn’t make her sandwiches right she throws clumps of cheese on the sandwich they don’t look appealing. Her attitude shows she doesn’t want to be there over. She should not be running a store AT ALL!!!

Yall let me tell you I have found my Subway on Hwy 314. The sandwich and roll up queen is Ms. Destiny she makes the best I mean the best sandwiches and roll ups. She makes all of my sandwiches and she pays attention and has always got every order Ive placed right. So if you in the neighborhood of the Texaco on Hwy 138 and 314 check out Destiny at the Subway she will definitely feed you right.

Came here yesterday for the first time. They had NO CHIPS, NO SPINACH, ONLY SHREDDED AND PEPPER JACK CHEESE, NOT ONE FOUNTAIN DRINK OR BOTTLE DRINKS. It was as if the store is about to shut down, EVERYTHING was empty!
I be wanting to get treated like I’m at chick-fil-a when I walk in. I hate when a muthafu just dry talk, don’t great you, and act like they don’t feel like being bothered like the short girl you can’t barely see behind the counter today and I was nice as possible and made a friendly joke. Some people just got to have sense of humor at least fake it till you make it. 8/7/24
