Terrible service and their corporate office ignored me for over a month. I had difficulty reading the signs because I'm visually impaired, so l asked for assistance. There was a young man behind the counter who was in a bad mood and unwilling to assist me. He was a younger dark skinned man with long dreadlocks. He took my cup of yogurt and tossed it into the trash. I asked to speak with the manager so he angrily informed me that he was the manager. I was the only customer in the store, but 2 of his cronies were just sitting upfront by the door. Worst customer service I've experienced in over 60 years, and I'll never set foot in another sweet frog. If zero was a rating option, that's what they would get from me! Fayetteville, Georgia!
