visited this location and asked for a bag, only to be told they didn’t have any. Instead of responding politely, an employee rudely said, “We don’t have bags, get out of my face.” As someone with a mental disability, I found this treatment extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. No customer should be spoken to that way. Proper customer service and basic respect should be a priority. I do not recommend this location based on this experience.

It’s a Sunday night at 7:35, I’m picking up a DoorDash order and an employee tells me “Ain’t ready” without even letting me provide the customer’s name. I leave and return 5 minutes later maybe, and a second employee that I didn’t say anything to tells me 4 times, “You’re being hostile. You’re being hostile. Someone’s in drive thru being hostile, and you came in hostile. You’re being hostile.” I wanted to show them what hostile was. But thank God for Jesus, He spares me constantly. So even though I went to the car and grabbed a couple things wanting to go back in and demonstrate what hostility is to me, Jesus made me aware that wasn’t right. It was about to be some black on black crime in a bad way in there. Definitely not going back.

First off let’s talk any their night shift from 20-20-25
Baby this coming from a C.O.R.E recognized member. This location heavily needs to be retained. Shift leads who want to be managers aren’t even trained well enough in customer service skills.

Don’t try it in New Orleans we really like that.

Girl was completely rude. Messed up the order and had to get it fixed multiple times. Don't work a customer service job if you can't talk kindly to people.

TLDR; service slow, missing items, no customer service, closes randomly, food cold, up-charges you without asking, DO NOT RECOMMEND spending your hard earned money here.
Let me just say, Taco Bell 🌮 🔔 is and has been one of my favorite fast food places for 3 decades.
Now for this location. Every single time I’ve gone there has been an issue. And tonight was the last straw. I will no longer be eating here. And for reference I typically order in the evenings.
The drive through is abysmal. No customer service - my cashier was NiomiSymone tonight and she up charged my drink to large for 20 cents extra (without asking?!), my order was missing a soft taco 🌮 (my favorite), and the box was missing the chipotle sauce that came with the new chicken dip burritos I wanted to try. 🌯 On top of that, it was slow service and the food that I DID get was cold and/or soggy. 😵💫
I went a few days ago and they said “We’re closed due to difficulties”. (And this isn’t the first time they’ve closed their restaurant randomly) Like what is going on??
And previously I’ve gone through the drive through and they were out of all drinks 🥤 except for those slushie things. So when they put in the replacement they CHARGED me for that additional price! Usually when you’re out of stock on something they exchange it without charging you extra. Unbelievable and I wouldn’t have even ordered that if I knew they were going to up charge.
On top of that, every time I’ve gone, it’s just never been a pleasant experience. One time ordering inside they made us use the kiosk and when I went to wait to pick up the order they said they didn’t carry that item… Okay, well put a sign up or update your kiosk with available items and let your customers know. Making a hassle for no reason and the manager at the time gave me attitude about her not putting a sign up as it’s against policy. Just no common sense or common courtesy at this place. And I’m sure it stems from the top down.
Unfortunately and fortunately I will not be visiting this location anymore.
Just save yourselves some sanity and go elsewhere. They can’t get an order right, are rude to paying customers, and frequently close or have many missing items on the menu. The food you do get is cold and weird. You do NOT get what you pay for here.

I recently visited Taco Bell, and unfortunately, it was one of the worst fast-food experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I approached the drive through to order, the cashier’s attitude was extremely rude. she seemed irritated and rushed my entire order!
To make matters worse, the location was out of several items, but I wasn’t informed about this until *after* I placed my order. This included essentials like ice for drinks, which I only discovered when I received my drink.
I asked for sauce and was told it was in the bag, it wasn’t. I brought this to JOSHELLE’S attention and of course she had an attitude m, she literally gave me 2 sauces and slammed the window in my face! When I got home my food was cold and unappetizing. The lack of care and basic customer service was insane! I will not be spending my money at this company anymore!
Poor service and inattentiveness can ruin an otherwise good brand. I hope the management addresses the lack of professionalism from JOSHELLE and product availability at this location.

Hate ordering from kiosks when I go inside to eat. Dining room was empty. The TV was a nice distraction. No smiles or friendly interaction. All business.

On 12/17/2024 I had the most mortifying experience of my life at this location. I'm honestly bewildered at exactly what happened, and that will be following up with corporate and police if necessary. The in-store manager shouldn't have a position of authority. After trying to order at the counter vs. the kiosk, the "manager" who was on the phone told me to go back to the kiosk. I said it didn't have the menu item and he told me "this is my story" and asked me to leave, "whilst still on the phone. I did not obliged and it was at that point this man lunged at me and other employees held him back. He then instructed other employees to get him the phone. At this time this manager has 2 phones at both ears.
All I wanted was beef instead chicken chalupas. Incredible experience and it was in front of my child.
Kid-friendliness: Do not bring your children to this location if the manager that was working at 12/17/24 is working. He was spitting, yelling, and cursing, in front of my child.

I have never experienced such unprofessionalism before. We waited nearly an hour for our order, only to find out it had been repeatedly given away. They only had two cars in front of me. When they finally remade it for the third time, they still messed it up to the point I ended up throwing away my entire order. When we tried to get someone’s attention, the girl with the fro was extremely rude and had the worst attitude I’ve ever encountered. I reported this to the manager, but she didn’t seem interested in addressing the situation. They just kept giving us excuses. That employee’s behavior was unacceptable, and she should be let go immediately.

I don't know why we mess with this location. Every time we come or place an order online there is an issue. No Baja Blast or their fryer is out. This location is terrible.
ordered through doordash & they gave my doordasher the wrong food. i decided to drive all the way to the store myself to get my food. just for them to remake it and seal it and when i went back home it was still wrong. on top of that the girl with the fro tied up was talking crap saying “yall can make tacos at home, ordering this many tacos is not serious”

Cashiers will add the "donation round-up" to your order right as you're pulling away from the menu screen. It's happened more than once at this location, so I know it's not an accident at that point. When I protest, they try and act like it's an inconvenience to refund me the round-up amount.

I went inside with my kids tonight because the drive thru line was extremely long. Inside, come to find out some orders got mixed up in drive thru. The staff was very professional and polite despite being super busy and having to re do orders. We ate inside and Our order was correct. Today is black Friday and I definitely expected it to be packed. Good job to the employees at this location, I hope they didn't get too many rude customers today.
