I was very excited to go to a new place, but I left very disappointed. High priced for small quantity of food. Then the owner didn’t want to correct the situation. If you’re hungry, go somewhere else. Very disappointing.

This place is a nightmare. I wouldn't take my worst enemy here to eat. The service is Nonexistent. I walked in. There was an employee at the front. He stared right at me looked away, didn't greet me didn't say hello. Anything went to the bat proceeded to do what he was doing. Came back to the front and just started cleaning the counter again not speaking to me, not saying anything to me. I'm not wanting to pull the race car, but this guy was definitely racist and he had no respect for me nor did he even acknowledge me I would never eat here.

Horrible experience I walked in and I felt like I was in a 1960s diners in the Deep South. There was a Caucasian guy that worked there. He looked me dead in the face and gave me like a straight nerd face looked away, went in the back, clean some dishes off came back to the front never acknowledge me never say hello anything just proceeded to fix menus and stuff like that so I walked out I would never go back there again

Twice in a row I have called in an order(same guy) and got there and got the deer in the headlight look because it wasn’t recorded and I had to order again. Defeated the hold purpose of calling again.

Not local to the area and wanted to try a pizza place. Tour de Italy ended up being the decision. Food was good - not the best pizza I've had, but good. The garlic knots were tasty, as was the marinara sauce. The waitress was also very friendly.

This restaurant is one of my favorite. The portions are generous accompanied by their happy hour drink portions. I tried most of the menu and some can be a mild to spicy but tasty. I recommend they add a kids menu. The live music is a plus. The staff is friendly and no issues when placing orders.

I arrived to pick up my pizza and discovered a new employee got my call in order wrong. I agreed to wait 15-20 minutes in person for a pizza. I paid full price. I told the cook (who took my order) that it was poor customer service to not offer a discount for the inconvenience of having to wait for my pizza. They said the owner was not there so they couldn't do anything. I asked for a ceaser salad. They said they don't give out free food. I have been a customer for more than a decade, through 3 different owners. I always experienced perfect orders and great customer service until now. This owner doesn't value treating customers right when they get something wrong.

Hands down one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. The pizza was completely inedible—undercooked dough, barely melted cheese, and a strange, sour taste that made it impossible to eat. I was shocked at how bad it was, especially after paying $27 for 2 slices.

When I politely asked for a refund or even an exchange, I was flat-out refused. The staff was rude and dismissive, with zero concern for customer satisfaction. It’s one thing to serve bad food, but to double down with terrible service just shows they don’t care at all.

Save your money and your time—Tour de Italy is absolutely not worth it. I won’t ever be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Visited this location for the first time. The service was a bit slow, I observed the food preparers touching food with no gloves of a customer that received a pizza, however, the food that we purchased was good. I am willing to give another change.

The pizza looked delicious, however it literally had no taste!!! Zero taste!!!! Service was also slow due to the fact that only one person was working the front. I threw the pizza away, wasted $30. Never again 😕
