The workers are rude.. no type of customer service the bowl was good the place needs a good cleaning it kind of smells won’t be going back

Came to the Fayetteville location because google advised they open a 8am. When I arrived, no one was here and the hours on the door showed they open at 9. I decided to wait since I was already here. One employee finally arrived at 8:43. It is now 9:10 and the store isn’t open. I pulled on the door and employee just looked at me. I tried calling the location’s phone for and update and it just goes to voicemail. This is unacceptable!

Recently went to this location only one person working diligently preparing wraps. Waited for a minute as others customers were arriving then walk in two other employees one went to cash register or clocking in, immediately began making smoothies, didn't wash hands or greet waiting customers with a hello or a smile, obviously as a customer she didn't want to be there. The other person that came in the same as she begin emptying bags of ice into the ice area which tells me a smoothie facility didn't have ice and got it from a nearby chicken restaurant. Whatever happened to greeting of customers properly. Put it this I'll never eat at this location.

I love tropical cafe but this location has the slowest moving staff I’ve ever experienced. Nobody moves with urgency to get the customers in and out. Very sad!
We often go to tropical and the workers are usually very talkative with each other but do not greet or give good customer service. But the food is usually good and so are the smoothies. It has happened on now two occasions where the workers are very distracted and stop mid working just to finish talking and have made the order wrong or not given the entire food order. They seem like sweet people but the customer service is just not good.

I’ve been to this particular location multiple times, and each time I give them the benefit of doubt, I am still disappointed. The last visit was the last straw. First off, more than once, they were out of stock of items needed to make the smoothie of choice. I am a rewards member, and on my app through July 13th you get a free smoothie with a purchase of a food item. Well, I ordered a spinach feta wrap and smoothie but was told they were not serving ANY food items, YET, they were LITERALLY making food items for other customers. I just let it go b/c it wasn’t worth the back & forth. It was then I decided not to return. I also overheard her telling another customer they were out of tomatoes. They also got my order wrong using whey protein when I asked for pea protein. Get it together and run your business properly Fayetteville location …. I am very pleased with the location in Peachtree City & Sandy Springs. Don’t bother going to this location if you want satisfactory service.

Wrap this up! I’m not sure why we can’t have anything nice. Y’all always ruin things with these bad attitudes and flat out ignoring customers. I stood there for 5 mins with no acknowledgment or “be right with you”. Just close it at this point. Serving no purpose!

We were not coming here to begin but opted to go for a potential better choice than chipotle. Right off the bat it was bad, the place is dirty,it hasn’t been swept or tables have been clean all day, there was two people on staff at the time, we were basically invisible for at least 7 minutes, not exaggerating one bit. As I stood by the register for a few minutes, I was finally able to request order, in which I said “ we do exist”
I ordered two salads, they were handed to me sideways risking them to tip over easily. They forgot the dressing for the salad.
But what top it off, is the greeting the customer revived as we walked out.
What a disappointment for the lack of good customer service displayed here.
Maybe it was my luck this day but I wouldn’t recommend this location.

Called to place an order and it automatically goes straight to voicemail. Please improve your customer service and stop avoiding phone calls.
This is the second time I have attempted to order from this location and it was a disappointment! First time door dash came to get an order during store hours and they said the store was closed and it was after 8am and the second time I ordered a sandwich and watermelon smoothie and there was no smoothie delivered and it was not on the receipt.

I’ve been ordering from this place for a while now, and I’ve noticed a steady decline in both the quality of the food and its presentation. It’s really disappointing because it used to be one of my go-to spots. Most recently, I received an açaí bowl with rotten blueberries—totally unacceptable. The freshness and care that used to be evident in the food just isn’t there anymore. I really hope they take this feedback seriously, because I don’t think I’ll be ordering again unless there’s a major improvement.

The customer service has declined tremendously. Everytime I come to this location it’s a problem. They never have change, they never have certain meals or out of stock and they don’t know how to greet customers, not look at them until they say something. It’s your job to GREET A CUSTOMER when they come into your establishment. The lady that is short, dark skin and wear classes is very rude with a nasty attitude. I come to this location a lot and everytime I come here she has an attitude. If you don’t like your job simply find an another one. I will be calling this location to speak with the manager Jessica and if I could call the corporate office about this location I would. Do better

I just came here at 7:50 to get a açaí bowl. The told me that they started cleaning and put up all the utensils at 7:45 so they could not put the fruit in the bowls.

The app needs to be able to communicate to customers (BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER) when they’re out of peanut butter smh! I drove all the way to this location, after placing an online order, only to find out that they were out of peanut butter. THEN, the short, apathetic store manager refused to give me a full refund. I’ll never come here again & I’m deleting that raggedy app! My smoothies taste better at home anyway.
