This location is the worst. It always takes way too long & the customer service isn't great at all. Management needs to retrain the employees!

My family & I just arrived at 8:15pm as we were walking in, the two staff didn’t acknowledge us at all, there was no greeting, or letting us know they would be with us in a moment, it was not busy at all nor was there anyone ahead of us They completely ignored us, we decided to walk out, as we walked out & got to the car because we were parked directly in front I could see them laughing through the window. You guys were no where near closing time, had time to make three smoothies. Please do better!

This is like my 4 time coming in the morning when they're supposed to be open and they're not. On their website and on their door it says they open at 7 and here I am waiting at 7:50 this time and someone JUST CAME. It's frustrating when you really like their food and trying to get to work on time and a business can't open when they say they will be open. Very disappointing.

Sucks.. I paid 18.00 for PB BOWL. I literally got two spoon full of yogurt. That’s not ok. Then I tried to call and they are not accepting NO CALL and I paid DoorDash to deliver. FAYETTEVILLE TROPICAL SMOOTHIE IS THE WORST!!

Love me a chipotle chicken club!! this place is such a good spot to get your proteins in after a workout. The inside is also really nice and inviting. would definitely recommend!

I knew I wasn’t tripping but they changed the bowel and now they give you less portion. I usually order the green dream and kale salad but been awhile like 10-12 for a smoothie bowl to get way less than before ????

It was my family’s first time to this Tropical Smoothie. My smoothie was not good. It was way too icy. I couldn’t even taste the fruit in my smoothie. The young lady making the smoothies had a poor attitude when I asked about whether she included mango because the smoothie was so bland. This is a place I would not recommend and my family will not return. Additionally I observed them utilize a blender with left over smoothie from a previous order to make someone else’s smoothie. All they did was add additional fruit and ice and re-blend. Maybe they were taught to do this in order to not waste product and save on COGs.

Why they made my order and didnt call me to tell me my order ready. very disrespectful had me waiting there like an idiot. also they dont use gloves n they have long acrylics.
