The food was terrible. I've never in my entire adult life had bad Waffle. House food, this food was terrible. How do you fix a Waffle with nothing inside? It was literally just a shell. I ask that my bacon be served limp. I asked that my eggs be fried hard. They were over easy i guess, I had to send them back the grits taste like soap water. I left the food on the table. I will never go to that waffle house ever again.I don't even want waffle house right now.It will be a while

This location used to be pretty good. I guess it depends on who's cooking, and who's on the wait staff on any given day. I've had decent food, & then I've had eggs & sausage overcooked to death. I've seen small crowds & STILL had to wait 10+ minutes plus to get your order taken. Apparently poor service is becoming the norm. And that's how I tip. Crappy service? NO tip. Good service, good tip. I don't reward poor service. And would somebody PLEASE mop the floors, and clean the glass on the doors..?!

I just left this location and I am disappointed because the service was slow. My food was not fresh and my order was incorrect because I ordered a pecan waffle. It was disappointed when I got home and there were no pecans in it.This Waffle House has changed since the new owners

I usually don’t write bad reviews, but it’s the worst location in Fayetteville. I literally witnessed an employee talk down about me to another employee who is cooking my food because that location forgot to call my online order to the grill 30 minutes after I placed the order…… With the slow storm rush. Thanks, Ivy. My food was also undercooked because Ivy said “ I need her out of my store regardless if undercooked”.

It was a typical Waffle House experience. There was a group of young people playing around in the parking lot, riding on top of their cars and creating a little stress for the other customers but other than that it wasn't too bad.
