Service would’ve been a lot better if I could’ve placed my to go order through the phone like normal. This world has to be so woke and modernized to the point where everything is technological And now orders can only be placed online Or through the app as they said on the phone. What if I didn’t want to have access to the internet I’m just shit out of luck I guess. Have a great day yall just lazy. lol I can drive and talk but yall want me to drive and download apps and look up websites and think I’m suppose to risk my life?? Ridiculous. Now my wait time is longer because I have to walk in a place it to go! LAZY

760 Glynn street is Clean....clean...clean. Paul and Steven were very pleasant. The entire store (including bathrooms)was clean. Our food was delicious. We had first went to the 700 Glynn street in fayetteville and to sum it up the place was nasty. The waffle grills had old batter caked up on it. The grill had stains of old food. And dirty egg pans were on the counter.

TO THE SERVER WHO TOOK $20 FROM A CHILD TODAY: . (Sunday 10/27/2024 around 4:30-5:30 pm) YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF!!! It was explained very clearly to you 3 times that we were paying for the 2 girls meals since they were sitting in a booth with the other girls. You charged 2 children for meals after my Mom had already paid for them and SHE LEFT YOU A $20 TIP on top of the $36 + change bill. The bill was for steak hashbrown bowl $10.50, coffee .50, bacon hashbrown bowl $10.50, biscuits and gravy $3.00 and an egg plate $10.50. The total was $36 + change and my Mom gave you AN EXTRA $20 for a total of $56 + change. My daughter and 7 of her friends were in there celebrating their final show. Mom and I were waiting in the car after she paid because she was cold. When my daughter and her friend walked outside you hollered at them and shook 2 tickets at them. They went back in and I thought they were going to tell you that my Mom had already paid for them but YOU CHARGED THEM AGAIN FOR THEIR MEALS AND TOOK $20 THAT MY DAUGHTER’S FRIEND HAD ON HER. SO FOR A $36 + change ticket YOU GOT A $40 TIP! THAT IS A 100+ % TIP. for TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! THE ONLY REASON I DIDN’T GO BACK IN WAS BECAUSE THE GIRLS DIDNT WANT TO CAUSE ANY DRAMA. Will NEVER BE GOING BACK HERE AND WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION!!

I eat there almost every day between 9-10am. normally it is great today the lady did not call my order and got made at me for not wait almost 25 min for her to do nothing. Ray saved me fixed my food that i had to take to go. I always get unsweet tea no ice to go she even got that wrong giving me iced sweet tea. N o idea where the normal team is get them back!
My food wasn’t good today they served me cold grits. I had mixed my eggs and had to get more grits. Didn’t apologize at all. By this time my food was cold now so I Bearly ate the food. It’s 9am and freezing Cold inside too cold. Not a good day at Waffle House today. Server too busy talking with coworkers and never came back to table and say anything!!! Terrible service today. Nothing incredible about this location, but the service we had from our server, Freddie, made this a 5 star experience. While the restaurant was under stress from the recent chaos of hurricane Helene, most of their servers had dipped out for the day. Freddie came through and sat us, took our order, delivered our food, all within record time, and with a courteous smile every step of the way.
One of the best servers we’ve had in years!
