It has decently polite and professional employees at this location. I would go out of the way to go here instead of other locations closer by.

I ordered 3 combo meals with fries, no salt, and while still at the pickup window, I tasted the fries to ensure they were salt-free, and the fries were very salty with the grain of salt on them. I told the person who handed me the food and who I believe was a manager that the fries contain salt, and they were old and soggy, she answered that "we don't put sault in our fries" and shot the window! She was clearly lying and didn't care. I stopped buying food there for a while because they've been a nasty place with rude reps, but I took a chance today hoping they might have gotten better. The service today reassures me to avoid Wendy's at all costs. Customer service and acceptable food are not their specialty.

This was probably my worse experience at a Wendy’s, I got hooked with the Carmel frosty key chain deal. But I went through DT today and the mushroom burger looked so good I decided to go with that, the cashier asked me did I want the double, I said no and they didn’t give me a total. When I got to the window without a greeting and with some hesitation and me asking she gave me a total that was almost $3 more it should have been. I told her approximately what the meal should have cost, she said no that’s for a regular cheeseburger. I got my order drove around and looked at the receipt and saw that I was charged for a double.
To sum it up I went back to the speaker to hear the manager say over the speaker that was going to get order was wrong. When I got to the speaker the manager attempted to discourage me by saying she would have to re-ring everything and it would take 2-3 days to get my money back until I told her I paid with cash. She cheated me on the amount that she owed me back.
I just moved here but I see why their reviews are so bad!
I retired from the restaurant industry several years ago, my first DM job was at Wendy’s! This was really BAD!!

I had a slight problem with my food. Ms. Teresa made it better. I was really upset and she calmed me down. Very good manager. I really appreciate your help in fixing my order. Sandwich was really good. Thank you

These idiots couldn't get an order right if their lives depended on it. How hard is it to make a cheeseburger and put it in a bag. Obviously too hard. Second time this week. I'm done.

What is the purpose of having us wait at one drive thru window until the associate tells us it’s okay to go to next window? The drive thru line was long at this Fayetteville location. By the time I got to the 1st window, there was one car ahead of me. While at the first window, the car ahead of me (at the 2nd window), received their order and drove off. I had already received my receipt and was ready to move forward, but the associate at the 1st window told me to stay there until she lets me know when I can go to the next window. Why?!!! No one was in front of me any more. As I watched, the associate at the 2nd window was walking back and forth and bagging orders. Once she got everything ready, she motioned to the lady at the 1st window. Sure enough, the lady at the first window leaned out and told me it was okay to move forward. Really? So basically, they’re tricking the system into thinking customers are not having to wait. Ma’am we’re still waiting regardless of which window we sit at! As I’m leaving, I noticed the line on the other side of the building is still backed up!

Sorry to say it but the Summit Point Wendy's has now fallen into the pit of lax employee attitude and poor management that up till very recently was only most often found at the fast food establishments in the North Fayetteville area along 85. With this is the last place other than CFA that we would stop for anything in that genre.
Got a spicy chicken sandwich combo. Forgot the fries and had to go back in. Got this abomination home to find a sandwich with a measly and brown rotten bit of lettuce, a smashed tomato, I suspect rancid mayonnaise of which there was enough for four more sandwiches on. The fries that had to be gone inside to retrieve had obviously been overcooked about 20 minutes prior. The food was so bad that I basically could have just set fire to the roughly $10 that cost.
We tendered a complaint with the "care team" and I expect about the same manner of disregard as is prominent in store. At this point, outside some of the sit down spots the food landscape in Fayetteville has gone past the point of return, IMO. Really sad to see this going on in our area. It would be nice to at least pretend you cared about your job, the job done, and the people being served.
The people that work at this location do not know what the word customer service means

Lady who takes payments always pleasant I don't know what's up with the second window at this location but they're always rude they hand you the food close the window don't ask you if everything is okay don't even say have a good night there's literally no conversation between you and that person. Customer service is rock bottom

I placed a Door Dash order this evening and I am very disappointed. Our order was missing three of four fries. I got a refund from Door Dash for that. The food we did receive was lukewarm at best. My junior bacon cheeseburger was completely cold and the bun was hard. I have no idea how long it was sitting around. I had been pleased with this restaurant in the past. My last two meals were highly disappointing. I won’t be back.
The workers always with a attitude and act like they scared to hand you your food and condiments piss poor customer service everytime i come here
