The employee in the drive-thru was welcoming and had great customer service. The manager gave me my food, and I can't say her personality screamed great customer service. She did enough to be called cordial. There were no cars behind me or at the speaker. The parking lot barely had any cars in it. I'm not sure why she didn't display more customer service skills.

The morning manager for Monday is unnecessarily rude she's not up to speed with technology and so don't you dare bring her a coupon or a discount for rewards on the Wendy's app because it'll confuse her and upset her totally rude had to show her how to do her job and the biscuits and the sausage look old like they've been sitting there a while Wendy's do better
