I was at this Wendy's March 30,2025 at 9:23 a.m. I pulled up to the order board waited for a while No one answered so I pulled around to the window a light skin guy with glasses and a light skin bald head guy came behind him I asked them does your mic work he said yes there's somebody there now I said yes I saw cars pulled behind me but I stood there no one answered he said oh that's fine Just pull around and where take care of you pull around why can't I just order it now No sound came across no one talked to me but with your bad customer service you're going to pull me around make me go around and order again. This was bad customer service on his behalf and then the lady that handed me my food is usually smiling braids in hair afro-American She had a attitude like no other I don't know it's because those two guys but this has to do better bad experience for me and my grandsons

Never open inside it seems like I don’t know if they even have an inside, but it just feels sticky when you look on the outside never clean sometimes when they’re busy, they can be crazy slow but it’s at Wendy’s. What can you expect?

Pretty sure this is ran by the same owner as the Wendy’s in south Fayetteville. Terrible service and trash all over the store. Both locations should be shut down or have someone running them that actually cares about people and treating them like human beings.
I’m calling a health inspector. I’ve lived out here for a month and a half, ate here twice and both times I was sick as a dog.. I’ve literally been throwing up so much now I’m just dry heaving. It HAS to be something they’re doing. The first time it made my whole family sick. This time it made me sick. I am definitely filing a report on Monday.

I Was at the drive-through at 10 PM on a Thursday night. I ordered one combo meal and an extra sandwich. I got no straw for the drink no napkins not even a thank you.

It is 8 pm, and it clearly says on the door that the dining room is open until 12. I don't know why it is closed. One of the employees made a sign to me that I could not enter. I hope the manager takes action with his employees.
