This location has gone downhill tremendously. The staff often come off as young and unprofessional, with rude attitudes that make the customer experience frustrating. The management doesn’t seem empathetic or interested in addressing concerns.
The store has an unpleasant smell as soon as you walk in, which doesn’t inspire confidence in cleanliness. As for the food, it’s very hit or miss — sometimes okay, other times cold or poorly made.
I’ll be skipping this location in the future. It’s worth the extra drive to visit another Wendy’s where the staff and service are better.

Online order was fulfilled and we got all of our items. Some things like the fries and nuggets were lukewarm, but im just glad we got everything we paid for.

I like the new layout inside. Very nice and more roomy. We ordered a large frosty but it was only half full. Maybe that is normal maybe not. Burgers were good.. Our fries were all small end of the bag fries. Overall it was decent.
The manager with no teeth needs to be on the streets. Very rude and unwilling to come to the associate aid at the register who was very nervous nice. This location management is the problem i wouldn’t be surprised if this location was closed in a few weeks

I really don't know what happened to Wendy's food. They used to be the best hamburger in the business. NOT ANYMORE, IF DAVE THOMAS WERE ALIVE I WOULD HOOE THAT HE WOULD FIRE THE ENTIRE BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND ALL TOP MANAGEMENT. What i paid $12 for yesterday was CRAP. DRY MEAT ( NOT HOT AND JUICY) ROMAINE LETTUCE WITH I CRUNCHY SPINE SUCKS. THE PICKLES SUCK. THE FRIES SUCK. YOU HAD A WINNER ALL THE WAY UP TILL THE MAN DIED THEN YOU CHANGED EVERYTHING GOOD ABOUT THE DAMN BURGER. THATS OK IN THE SCOPE OF THINGS YOU DON'T NEED MY $12. THERE ARE LOTS OF BURGER PLACES WHOSE FOOD IS EDIBLE.

I was at this Wendy's March 30,2025 at 9:23 a.m. I pulled up to the order board waited for a while No one answered so I pulled around to the window a light skin guy with glasses and a light skin bald head guy came behind him I asked them does your mic work he said yes there's somebody there now I said yes I saw cars pulled behind me but I stood there no one answered he said oh that's fine Just pull around and where take care of you pull around why can't I just order it now No sound came across no one talked to me but with your bad customer service you're going to pull me around make me go around and order again. This was bad customer service on his behalf and then the lady that handed me my food is usually smiling braids in hair afro-American She had a attitude like no other I don't know it's because those two guys but this has to do better bad experience for me and my grandsons
