I told them I had a mobile. They told me to drive around. So I pull up to the first window and wait and wait while the guy is sitting there sucking his ice cream out of a cup. So lm waiting on him to acknowledge me. Once he finally turns around he had the nerve to make a face at me and act like he has an attitude like I'm bothering him. Then he proceeded to swish his hands to tell me to go to the next window. All he had to do was open the window and say go to the next window. My burger was hot and missing the tomatoes. But the fries were COLD.

Absolutely thrilled with my experience at Wendy's in Fayetteville Pavilion! The staff's exceptional service and the mouthwatering food make it a must-visit. Despite past concerns, the management handled my situation professionally. Kudos to the amazing team and the delicious offerings – they're so good, they should be illegal! ? Can't wait to return for more tasty moments.

The guy acted like he hated his job as well as wasn't understanding what explained several times. He was rude acting like in insulting him but I still paid for super size after saying I no longer needed it that way since I also got a Biggie Bag. My chicken sandwich was rock hard and the bacon was so burned it was black. I've worked in the food industry since 1998 so if I complain it has to be something extra inconvenient. Almost every time I give it another chance it's terrible at that location.

This place looks nasty ( see pictures ) 2 of the Ladies that work there have long hair that is not tied to the back of their head!!I can only imagine what the hair is touching while they r working at a restaurant!! The carpet looks nasty! Never been changed or cleaned in ages. You make money but r. It willing to spend money to make your business presentable. It’s a shame!!
