The food is pretty good, but it's more expensive than most of the other fast food places around here. However, the main drawback to going to Whataburger is that they almost always screw up the order in one way or another. Of the dozens of times we have gone here since they opened, I'd guess or order has been correct less than a handful. The staff is usually friendly and helpful about fixing it, if I catch it before I leave, but it never gets any better.
Upon return visit, the quality of the food has declined. I was disappointed because I wanted their burger. I feel like I wasted my money. It was salty, full of onions, and the patty is thinner.
First time eating here and I was really expecting it to be much more than it was 😂 don’t get me wrong the burger was good, made tight and hot, the fries weren’t good at all!! No salt, slightly warm at best and I loved the big drink!! But honestly the burger tasted like a Sonic burger. Was the combo worth $15, I don’t know. But it was an experience. I did curbside pickup and the girl that brought my order out was really nice (wish I’d got her name) but we may go back...
