If you haven’t seen this, there is no excuse after you have been warned. Don’t eat here!!!!! This is disgusting to have a F+ for a score smh

10 out of 10 would not recommend the prices are way higher than shown online the employees have nasty attitudes the atmosphere and vibe was awful just dead and like nobody wanted to be there I was extremely disappointed with my whole experience with this business and will be telling my friends and customers not to go there and id recommend if youre reading this just find somewhere else to eat this place isn't it.

Haven’t been to any WNB in a few years. Decided to go yesterday. I was disappointed. The fries were gross, the wings were salgy and the sauce was wayyy too thin. I got honey mild, couldn’t taste any honey at all. The gentleman at the register was very nice and patient but I won’t be going back. I should’ve never cheated on Rico’s.

Slow service every time. But good.

11/24: Was hopeful that changes would be made but here we are. Given that no one answered the phone (not uncommon today) and ordering via phone is still an issue here, I placed my order online. Order place. Money taken. Text and email received of the process. Headed there prior to going to work. Location closed. Nothing on the website. No notifications. No update of any sort. Luckily there was an option to cancel the order BUT it will take 3-5 business days.
It isn't often i go here these days because there is always some issue. Today may be the day to have lost one more customer.

2020: Ordering what you want sems to be troublesome to the person taking the order, as if wanting to sub an item or not have particular things on a sandwich is problematic. Every time I have called has been the same perceived attitude.
The food is always good and even the face to face service but ordering over the phone is always awkward this way.

Stopped by for lunch and found a helpful and patient young man working the register. Food is average but his service more than made up for that. The restaurant was clean and the wait wasn’t bad.
