Haven’t been to any WNB in a few years. Decided to go yesterday. I was disappointed. The fries were gross, the wings were salgy and the sauce was wayyy too thin. I got honey mild, couldn’t taste any honey at all. The gentleman at the register was very nice and patient but I won’t be going back. I should’ve never cheated on Rico’s.

11/24: Was hopeful that changes would be made but here we are. Given that no one answered the phone (not uncommon today) and ordering via phone is still an issue here, I placed my order online. Order place. Money taken. Text and email received of the process. Headed there prior to going to work. Location closed. Nothing on the website. No notifications. No update of any sort. Luckily there was an option to cancel the order BUT it will take 3-5 business days.
It isn't often i go here these days because there is always some issue. Today may be the day to have lost one more customer.

2020: Ordering what you want sems to be troublesome to the person taking the order, as if wanting to sub an item or not have particular things on a sandwich is problematic. Every time I have called has been the same perceived attitude.
The food is always good and even the face to face service but ordering over the phone is always awkward this way.

Stopped by for lunch and found a helpful and patient young man working the register. Food is average but his service more than made up for that. The restaurant was clean and the wait wasn’t bad.

I called and the woman told me they didn’t have any wings, so I said okay I’m going to get burgers then and she tells me to come in to place my order, no problem. When I came in no one was in there at all, no one at the front counter to take my order only a Hispanic lady in the back who didn’t speak any English and couldn’t help me until the front counter woman came in from outside after a few minutes and very unprofessionally took my order. THEN they had no change to give me for 2 20 dollar bills and she gave me 5 dollars worth of quarters with an attitude. Will NEVER be coming here again!

I don't recommend cashiers walking around in inappropriate work attire such as short shorts, I don't recommend running a business where you can't even make change for a $20 bill and I don't recommend a manager that completely ignores their customers. acts rude and takes 30 minutes to go get change for a $20 bill

Ordered 2 meals to be delivered by door dash. When my food arrived I only had one meal. They did not have chicken tenders so they refunded the money no call to see if I wanted anything to replace it with. Never will they get money from me again.

No ice. Coke was flat. Those freestyle coke machines are garbage, they are like a ice cream machine at McDonald's, always broken.No seasoning on the fries. Person who took my order was more worried about their phone than the customer. Burger was
