I don't recommend cashiers walking around in inappropriate work attire such as short shorts, I don't recommend running a business where you can't even make change for a $20 bill and I don't recommend a manager that completely ignores their customers. acts rude and takes 30 minutes to go get change for a $20 bill

Ordered 2 meals to be delivered by door dash. When my food arrived I only had one meal. They did not have chicken tenders so they refunded the money no call to see if I wanted anything to replace it with. Never will they get money from me again.

No ice. Coke was flat. Those freestyle coke machines are garbage, they are like a ice cream machine at McDonald's, always broken. No seasoning on the fries. Person who took my order was more worried about their phone than the customer. Burger was

I wouldn't patronize this place if I was starving and it was the last restaurant left! I called a few minutes ago and asked to speak to a manager to advise that when I sent my husband to pick up an the order of wings the night before last, my order of 10- wings only contained seven wings. By the time I realized that the order was 3 wings short, it was already past 9 p.m., so they were closed. I didn't think any more about it until a few minutes ago, when I decided I wanted more wings. I decided to call the manager just to let him/her know what happened the other night and make sure that this time, I get my pay for it. The guy who answered the phone told me the manager wasn't in, so I proceeded to explain to him that the night before last, I sent my husband up there to get 10 piece wings, but when he got home, there were only 7. The guy on the phone proceeded to tell me that can't be so because they open the carton to show the customer the order before giving it to them, and my husband should have counted the wings before leaving. Does anybody stand there and count to make sure they have 10 wings???I then reiterated that I only got seven wings and that I would not have taken the time to look up the phone number and call up there to make up a story about not getting what we paid for in order to try to get three free wings. I told him that if he listened to what I said, I was about to order more wings, so obviously, I wasn't trying to get something for free. I said this is about the principle of the matter because if I only wanted six or seven wings, I would have told my husband to order six wings. The fact that my husband ordered 10 wings, all flats, lemon pepper extra wet, I'm sure came at an extra cost, but I only got seven wings. The guy on the phone proceeded to tell me that had it had happened to him, he would have just brushed it off because he doesn't get upset over little things like that.Really??? I told him that's his prerogative, but we aren't discussing what he would do in this situation because what matters is I did not get what I paid for. I repeated that my intention was to call up there and let them know what happened, so it did happen again because I was about to place another order; however, in light of his attitude and smart comments, I NOW see why their Google reviews are so poor, and I changed my mind about patronizing them. The next thing I knew, he hung the phone up in my face. I then called back, and he picked the phone and without saying a word, hung up again! I Immediately started looking up the contact information for their corporate office, when my phone rings and it's the guy from WnB calling me. I answered the phone and said don't bother calling me now after you hung up on me.I could tell he was surprised to hear my voice, which let me know he"ddialed my number by mistake. I told him I was about to file a complaint with corporate, He told me to go right ahead and hung up on me again.Needless to say, I'll be contacting the owner of this location and following up with corporate on Monday morning. This WNB location needs to be shut down....PERIOD AND DOT. The service is deplorable, and based on the Google reviews, the food is mediocre, at best.

Placed an online order for a Philly cheesesteak meal. Pro was that the order was ready in about 10-15 mins and the cashier was very friendly. Con is that the food was horrible. The Steak was extremely dry, asked for extra cheese and there was hardly any cheese on it. I normally visit the location on Banks St in Fayetteville and the food there is always 10/10, I assumed this location would be just as good but unfortunately it wasn't.

My bf and I went to the one on Glynn St in Fayetteville, Ga. She had no etiquette and had the worse attitude I've ever seen. She never smiled or greeted us. Then we were looking at the menu deciding what to eat and you could see dismay on her face. We spent $30 and ill never go in there again where my business is not appreciated!!! She made the restaurant have a very unpleasant vibe!!

If it wasn’t for the service the rating would be higher. Decent food but bad service. $50 delivery meal and they forgot something. I called them to tell them they left something off our order and they told me “next time you order it will be included”. Such a joke. Poor service. Very disappointed.

After at least a year of avoiding this place due to a bad experience prior I thought I'd give them a chance. I ordered a burger and paid after which I was told it would be a 15-20 minute wait. Well, after 35 minutes I got my order. The burger patties were the firmness of shoe leather and dry. I made the counter person aware. He offered to remake the burger which required another 10-15 wait. I declined the offer and stated I don't plan to return. $16 into the trash can. This place can't get it together after almost 5 years.
