I visit this location often because I enjoy the food, but the service is very hit or miss depending on who’s managing. The inconsistency is frustrating.
On multiple previous visits I was allowed to add olives to my salad with no issue. But today, the newest shift lead told me that—for whatever reasons”—adding olives wasn’t allowed. I explained that I’ve ordered my salad the same way every other time, yet I was still told no after my husband offer to pay & have them placed on side since they couldn't be added as previous.
What’s confusing is that something as simple as adding olives is suddenly a problem, but the dirt on the floor apparently isn’t? It would be great if the team focused on consistent policies *and* maintaining a clean environment. Consistency and cleanliness go a long way.

Worker's attitude wasn't pleasant at all. Couldn't answer questions about whether items were gluten free and vegan. There was some cross contamination, I was not pleased.

That pizza was excellent, authentic, and superb! The ingredients are fresh! The people who make our food are friendly! Diamond was the one who made our food and helped us in choosing a pizza!! 11/10 recommendations. Can’t wait to go back! Date night for the wife and I!

Loved it!

I stopped patronizing this location a few years ago because the pizza quality decreased from its original opening. They have, however, turned things around.

Pizza toppings were fresh and generous. Salad was beautifully prepared with fresh and colorful ingredients. Everything was flavorful. The young man who waited on me for my pickup was personable and considerate. The app on which I placed my order worked flawlessly.

Will definitely visit here again.

We usually dine inside the restaurant and it’s always delicious. We ordered through uber eats and waited over an hour for them to meal prep then a half hour before delivery. The food was not good and part of the order was wrong

I got there at 8:30 on a Sunday night there was a customer already in front when I walked in they told me they were closed but they close at 9:00.. would not take my order

Terrible Service Experience
I had a very disappointing experience with a young employee wearing a blue bandana. Her attitude was rude and unprofessional—dirty looks, negative energy, and no customer service skills whatsoever. I’m not going into every detail, but the way I was treated was unacceptable. If management doesn’t believe me, check the footage. Hiring people with no people skills is a bad look for any business. I won’t be returning, and a simple “sorry” won’t fix this.
