Terrible Service Experience
I had a very disappointing experience with a young employee wearing a blue bandana. Her attitude was rude and unprofessional—dirty looks, negative energy, and no customer service skills whatsoever. I’m not going into every detail, but the way I was treated was unacceptable. If management doesn’t believe me, check the footage. Hiring people with no people skills is a bad look for any business. I won’t be returning, and a simple “sorry” won’t fix this.

To expensive for theese tiny pizzas and they couldn't even give me fresh pizza .looks like they added slices to a pizza that was already eating out of .also wings wett and taste microwave. First and last time going there.its funny cause I didnt leave a tip just because I know something was going to be wrong

Me and my wife loved eating here a year or two ago and used to frequent all the time. I don’t know if management changed or the training standards have dropped but a few days ago we stopped by for a treat and it was abysmal! Starting off, the customer service felt lackluster, no one seemed to greet us with any level of energy. Second off, while waiting on our pizzas and wings, my wife went to the bathroom and came back disgusted. According to her, the bathroom smelled “funky” and it was brown with dirt caked in with streaks all over the ground, as if people barely attempted to clean the floor fully. Lastly after getting our pizza, we were already over our experience so we took our food home. The food tasted about the same and the wings weren’t too bad, but as we were eating my wife found a black king hair in her pizza that was baked in under the cheese! By far the worst experience we had and we will not be returning to this location if this is the service standard they consider acceptable now
