When i called to place my order, i had to deal with an automated teller and it didnt help me so i hung up. Thankfully a real human called me back and i was able to complete my order
Parking: People need to learn how to park at this place. There parking lot is only so big and if you park your giant pick up truck at the very first parking spot, that makes it almost impossible for someone else to even pull into this location.

It's usually great, at least when I order online. However, when I ordered online for in store pick-up...it took forever. When it was finally ready, I didn’t look at it all before I left the store. (My son was coming home from the Marines, and I was going to miss his arrival). The Specialty Honolulu Pizza had GREEN Peppers (that none of us like), instead of Roasted Red Peppers.
