My order was incorrect once I got home, tried calling the number posted and it wasn’t working. I had to travel back to the location and the manager never came to the window to offer anything complimentary for having to travel back after get home with the incorrect order. I asked the young lady before pulling off the first time and she said it was correct. Very poor customer service because the manager should’ve acknowledged the customer.
this drive-thru coffee shop is my daily dose of sunshine in a cup ☀️☕️ every time i pull up, the drinks are on point, the service is quick, and the baristas somehow manage to serve up smiles with the coffee. and let me just say..the manager deserves all the flowers 🌸 (and maybe a lifetime supply of caffeine) because you can tell they really care about the place. the team runs smoother than whipped cream on a frappé, and it shows in every single ssip. the drinks? perfection. the vibes? unmatched. the manager? clearly the secret ingredient to why this spot feels like home even if it’s just through a car window 🚗💕

Between the consistently good chai and the amazing customer service, Ellianos has definitely won me over. It’s not just about grabbing a drink, it feels like an experience. 🥰
Every time I come through, they’re so warm and welcoming, and I can tell they genuinely enjoy connecting with their customers. What surprised me most is how quickly they start to remember your order. After just a couple of visits, they learned my order! That little detail makes me feel valued, like I’m at a neighborhood spot where everyone knows your name❣️
Oh, and when I don’t get my 5 large waters with the order, they chuckle! 🤭
