After my last visit, I will not be returning. My coworker and I came in together — she paid for her order first, and I was right behind her, next in line. Then a large non-Black man walked in, and you rang him up before even acknowledging me, as if I wasn’t standing there.

All money spends the same, regardless of who it comes from. I hope your team reflects on this and works on treating all customers with equal respect and fairness, no matter their race.

My beautiful wife and I eat here about once maybe twice per month. The food is always hot and fresh and our waitress takes very good care of us. My only 2 complaints are as follows. The exterior and interior of the building could use some updates, especially in the bathroom. The bathrooms are not dirty per say they just need to be updated. My 2nd complaint is price. I believe any good buffet like this one is worth the money but I also believe if your drinking water that 2 people should be able to eat for $20.00 or less. The also charge a different price depending on the day you go. I don't leave this review as a discouragement but only to properly inform. The food is very good, you won't be disappointed with it. Overall it's a great place to eat.

Use to come all the time but we haven’t been in a while since we haven’t been over here in the area. Decided to go tonight and was definitely shocked. The girl at the resister was more concerned about who was texting her and staying on her phone than greeting customers. They still advertise “hibachi”, but they no longer have the hibachi option.

We have been loyal customers and have always enjoyed this restaurant, but after our recent experience, we will not be returning. The server we encountered was extremely rude and disrespectful from the moment we walked in. She immediately told us that our children could not make their own plates — despite them being more than old enough and fully capable — and her tone made us feel singled out and unwelcome.

To make matters worse, she later made a passive-aggressive comment about a mess under our table. As a parent of four small children, I did my best to clean up after them, and I found her remarks not only uncalled for but completely inappropriate. The way we were treated felt discriminatory and left us deeply uncomfortable.

This is unacceptable behavior from any staff member, especially in a family-friendly establishment. We are extremely disappointed and will NOT be returning.
