We have been loyal customers and have always enjoyed this restaurant, but after our recent experience, we will not be returning. The server we encountered was extremely rude and disrespectful from the moment we walked in. She immediately told us that our children could not make their own plates — despite them being more than old enough and fully capable — and her tone made us feel singled out and unwelcome.
To make matters worse, she later made a passive-aggressive comment about a mess under our table. As a parent of four small children, I did my best to clean up after them, and I found her remarks not only uncalled for but completely inappropriate. The way we were treated felt discriminatory and left us deeply uncomfortable.
This is unacceptable behavior from any staff member, especially in a family-friendly establishment. We are extremely disappointed and will NOT be returning.

Waitress was awesome and very alert! Food had flavor, but was COLD! There is NO Hibachi, so the name is very misleading in it's self. I was very disappointed to known that.
Not the same any more. It used to be great. No Hibachi, paper plates, food was ok.

The ladies are very friendly and helpful, especially the ones watching over the tables.My issue is with the food temp. Second time in a row ( I only come in occasionally) so was surprised and annoyed that the last two visits the food immediately off the bar is only slightly warm, even would be considered cold if you want to say that. This is an issue, and some veggies are not cooked thoroughly, okra warmed just enough to leave frozen behind. Reported to the manager, hope they look into it, you should check before you go purchase a meal to see if it's up to your own standards.3/15/24.
