I frequently purchase food from here for myself and family members. Today the food was good but shrimp was missing from my order. When calling to make them aware of the issue I was given the 3rd degree. I advised I lived so distance from the establishment and wasn't coming back out for the night. Wasn't given an option to pick up another day. I ve never had an issue before but the worst customer service given to a patron the frequently comes to patronize your business. Please address this issue. Others please check your food before you leave cause you be pay for food you order but not received.

I was in town visiting and glad I stopped here. The catfish was some of the best fried catfish I’ve ever had! And the seasoning they put on it sealed the deal! Good pricing! And they give you a good amount of food. Anytime I come to Fitzgerald I’m coming straight here.

Shrimp combo with fries is the best deal around! Not sure what they put on my fries last time I ate there but I’d like to try it again!
Customer service was alright 👍. The food was awesome 👌. Flounder fish was just right. The gizzards were just right. The shrimp and chicken wings were awesome. My fiance loved the livers.

First time eating there. Special seasoning of lemon peper was different. Keep making me sneeze, but food is good Had the shrimp and scallop platter. Light lunch for 16 dollars. You are hungry. You may need to try another selection with more food 😊
