We walked in around 7pm. 3 people in the store who had already ordered. They were given their food and left and not one worker even acknowledged we were there. Waited about 5 min and decided to so business elsewhere

Everything was very bad, my family almost got sick from it. It's sad because, 8 years ago this place was a genuinely good place to get food from. Nowadays the service is incredibly poor.
I had really been wanting some KFC here lately so on my lunch break I go here to get some nice fried chicken and I sit at the counter for 15 minutes waiting for my order to be took and then you have snaggletooth over here not doing her job and my work partner had no gravy on his mashed potatoes. His coleslaw was dry as a bone. They didn’t give him his chicken leg and just all around the food was devastating.

Employees never speak to customer,seen aggravated . Ordered a famous bowl but got pot pie instead. Wow. This place sucks at lunch time. No team leader or manager.

This food is always hit or miss. Today, I went through the drive-thru, and the chicken fingers were cold and terrible. From the Taco Bell side, the chicken quesadilla was very good.
