Everything was very bad, my family almost got sick from it. It's sad because, 8 years ago this place was a genuinely good place to get food from. Nowadays the service is incredibly poor.

I had really been wanting some KFC here lately so on my lunch break I go here to get some nice fried chicken and I sit at the counter for 15 minutes waiting for my order to be took and then you have snaggletooth over here not doing her job and my work partner had no gravy on his mashed potatoes. His coleslaw was dry as a bone. They didn’t give him his chicken leg and just all around the food was devastating.

Employees never speak to customer,seen aggravated . Ordered a famous bowl but got pot pie instead. Wow. This place sucks at lunch time. No team leader or manager.

This food is always hit or miss. Today, I went through the drive-thru, and the chicken fingers were cold and terrible. From the Taco Bell side, the chicken quesadilla was very good.

8/15/2024 A heavier set white girl was very rude and unprofessional. She was rude to her coworkers. At 7:52, we arrived. We didn't get to order until 7:58. We ordered a Cantina bowl. The drive thru person and the cashier were professional. When they asked her a question, she was rude. One asked her if she had made my bowl. She responded NO very rudely. The drive-thru worker who was assisting all around gave me a refund and apologized.

Went in about 4 on lunch break. From hospital Waited 10 minutes for them to change register out. Order 8 piece Krispy not enough dark meat done. Was told I have to wait 20 minutes. Cook said there's 4 Krispy white left. Cashier asked manager from outside office door may I have them she yelled at the both and said she just gotta wait. Very disrespectful to them both. And said I SAID NAW. So break over at this point no lunch for me... Why wasn't and chicken done at peak dinner time. Two others left beside me no time wait. Very rude definitely not manager material. Please do better with your managers training. Check cameras whole truth.
