Service was poor...The young lady that took my order barely spoke and replied to my "thank you's" with "uh huh".When I asked for napkins (they were out) she just continued what she was doing and never got any...4 minutes later I asked another employee who immediately brought some out.

Every time I come here they mess my order up and then roll their eyes at me when I ask them to fix it!!!! Where were these people raised???? Especially the bigger white girl!!!

My grandson and I stopped by KFC in Fitzgerald last night after his football game. There were 2 people I'm line ahead of us who had not been waited on. After waiting 20 minutes we left. Not a single employee even acknowledged we were there. It was extremely upsetting.

The drive thru was backed up, so we went inside. It was filthy! Trash all over the floor, messy tables, sticky floor, etc. There was mass chaos; giving customers the wrong food. I asked my friend how long she had been waiting, and she said she'd been there a while, that the cashier charged her the wrong price THREE times, just that one visit. The cashier finally just didn't charge her at all because she couldn't get it right. Customers were walking out, I suppose they were tired of waiting. We walked out as well. I knew KFC was going downhill for a while, but this time, takes the cake!

On8/12/23 @ 1:45pm we went in this location for food. After about 10 minutes my son decided he wanted something else. When leaving the location the manager had to make a smart remark as though she knew why we were leaving and I assured her that wasn't the case. That is not the way to conduct business.

Hardly ever gets order correct. Really like 7 out of ten times it'll get messed up. Check every item before leaving or you'll be back. Wrong side, missing items, wrong count, wrong toppings etc. Then they are rude and blame you.

They never have our order right, always have an attitude about a customer asking questions, and the machines are ALWAYS down! I’m really tired of the service from this place, they never have what is advertised.

Waited over 17 minutes in line at drive through and no one took my order, went in to explain and the drive through manager snequia had the rudest attitude will not tolerate!!!Kid-friendliness: Very rude!!!
