This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. My order was wrong, and instead of correcting it, staff insisted it was right and pressured me into buying something I didn’t want. I was treated with disrespect and made to feel like the problem. Completely unacceptable.

The workers there were going against policy they have no gloves or no hair net the last time I was there I had a Big Mac and large fries and there was hair in it and that was almost a year ago, I’m suprised no one has never mentioned this because when I come there to order it’s for my family and half of the time they mess up every order I get it is really unhealthy if anything the manager should make the work place as stricked as it should be, Burger King has more respect for itself than Mac Donald’s in the town of fitzgerlad

Go On For Now

With the location and population, McDonald's stays busy. However, the staff maintains the traffic and order overloads (although to some when you are hungry it may seem they are slow) while the food is rarely mixed up. I'm amazed the staff are| polite as I have gone there for years and only crossed paths with a couple employees on a bad day. Clean.

DO NOT EAT HERE! Worst experience from a McDonald's ever! That's saying a lot since i've had someone leave the meat off of a hamburger once at another McDonald's. I placed my order at 7:41pm for one Happy Meal and one McChicken curbside pickup. I didn't get my food until 8:10 pm and i had to walk inside and get it. The employee threw my food on the counter and turned around and walked away without even acknowledging me. No sorry or Thank you for being patient, nothing! Just rude and uncaring! Also my McChicken was burnt.

Sitting in the damn drive through for 40 minutes just to pick up a online order that wasn't even made when i finally got to the window no one in front of me or anything that's just poor service SMH people need to actually work instead of just sitting on there ass

Nightshift Manager s; Are very very Rude. Went through the Drive thru. Waited at speaker for 20mins just to receive bad service. Employee was better than management. Young Lady Manager, needs restraining in CUSTOMER SERVICE. I DO REALIZE, SOMETIMES YOU MAYBE UNDERSTAFFED. SO I DO NOT MIND THE WAIT. BUT TO RECEIVE BAD ATTITUDE FOR MY WAIT!!!

No mater what time of day you go there's always wrap around traffic, service is slow and orders wrong 9 out of 10 times. The 2nd line menu board has been out of order for a year.
