Have been to Mrs. Motts twice now while visiting family in the area. I absolutely love this southern style food they have. Everything they have to offer is delicious and the staff are all so super nice. Not a big fast food eater so it's nice having this establishment to go to.

Trust me when I say all of the reviews raving about this place are spot on! The staff was super hospitable and provided amazing service with a smile! Everything was so flavorful and cooked perfectly. The peach cobbler wings are absolutely worth the trip to Ms. Mott's Place. I'm not much of a wing fan, but the seasoning on these wings is incredible. They aren't too sweet. They are mild, not hot. They are differently delicious. I've driven 2 hours just to enjoy a plate of these wings. The people at the restaurant are charming and 100% focused on their guests' experience. I can't say enough nice things about them.
We have been try to come here for over a year. Finally made it. Great experience. Food was hot and delicious. Chicken was awesome. Service above and beyond. This place is clean . Everyone who works here is friendly and goes oily of their way to be sure you’re taken care of. We will be back! Thank you!!

The food was excellent but the only thing I didn't like was that, the buffet was really reasonable at 12,99 a person but they didn't tell you that they automatically charged you 18% gratuity until they ran your card. I did not like that and probably won't be back because of that reason. I believe gratuity is earned by individuals that serve you, and not dictated by the restaurant, if their price is not high enough for them to be profitable, then they need to raise there price, Be transparent don't try to trick customers into paying more than what they are expecting.

Staff was very friendly. We didn't eat however because the buffet is only during lunch 11-3pm. We were there at 5pm. Lady was very nice & gave suggestions. If in town during lunch would return.
