This subway is awful!! I've been to this location twice.Both times offered TERRIBLE service...On this visit,there were no lights on except open sign in window.Couldnt even tell it was a Subway.No chips,drinks,or sodas.The worst part of it though,was the 2 girls working at that time.I went to counter to place order,no other customers in store,and neither girl acknowledged I was even there as they carried on a conversation talking about nothing!After 5 minutes of ZERO service or acknowledgement,I turned around, walked out, and headed to the Subway in Ashburn.Take notes from the Ashburn store,it's always clean,with friendly professional employees,they always gets my order right.And they had soda,chips, and cookies.DO BETTER Fitzgerald!

customer service was awesome. Once again there is a lolt going on in the food industries. my sandwich was amazing using what this subway had n hand the employee made sure we were happy when with left with our food.

Service was fast and kind, but the restaurant was very low of most drink and food supplies. It had a posted Health rating of 100. My sandwich tasted old, with crumbly bread. Definitely not fresh baked. I ended up getting very sick and very dizzy within a couple of hours from eating. I want to reiterate that the service was very nice in view of their product shortages.

Fitzgerald Georgia, where do I start? The "toaster for sidekicks" is down more than a McDonald's shake machine. (More like false advertisement) The store phone, line is busy (line left open not accepting calls) from 8:30 p.m. until closing. With that in mind, how is one supposed to call and make sure they can make an order? Like last week. placed an order online, paid, got to store to find they can't make the order because they are "out " of everything. Then it takes over a week for that money to be returned to my card. I took a 5 year break from our subway, the food was THAT bad. Wouldn't know if it got any better. Haven't been able to try anything.

I’ve had complaints in the past six months never received my money back. Life is more important!! It has been a constant problem with my online orders not being made right an I get it go in and watch them make it. However when your on the go or at work it’s convenient to order online. I almost lost my child due to an error made by them simply not reading the ticket and taking the time to fix the sun right! Every month there has been some excuse. I even called immediately and someone picked up the phone and put it on the table an never said a word so in the midst I drove down to subway while still on hold to find three people at work and only one customer in the store. There jaws dropped when I showed them my phone and said I had been on hold for 22minutes and 46 seconds. I expressed my concern to pay attention people have allergies an you could simply kill someone by making simple mistakes. It is horrible in Fitzgerald and the employee turn over rate is ridiculous!! Please take responsibility for this store!

The store is going down hill. I'm not sure who owns this one but please take an interest. Toaster wasn't working, out of different toppings. Rude employees. The prices are too high and still have to deal with not being satisfied. Close the doors or get a new owner.
