The waffle house in Fitzgerald ga is AMAZING! food is better, faster, cooked exactly right everytime! My favorite waitress is Angel! She's so kind, sweet, attentive and always smiling and checking on us she needs a raise!!! I highly recommend this over huddle house a million times over! Good music, good atmosphere, fast service, we love it! Thank you Angel!

This waffle house looked permanently closed until we actually pulled in and saw the employees. These ladies were so sweet, super attentive and professional. The food was good and everything was sparkling clean. Best WH experience I've had yet. Stop in and remember to tip these ladies!

I like Waffle House. We’ve been to Waffle House for so many different occasions in celebrations. As well as just day-to-day food and dining. I’m accustomed to older stores around Atlanta. And of course, we’ve tried every variation of Waffle House across the country. But there’s nothing like the original. This is a new store. It’s got a little bit different of a footprint and it’s just a great set up. The same but different. And of course really good food well-made. Everyone overlooks the chef making literally millions of meals on the grill and the waffle press. But the chef is the cornerstone for the service. And the rest of the team here at this store or just excellent. I don’t know everybody’s name or title, but it was really great spirit and attention to detail and smiles and great attitude all around talked about in front of back, etc.. I like this place. Ocilla Highway. Just past the train tracks. Can’t miss it. Highly recommended.

It just wasn't what I thought it should be. I've been to a lot of waffle houses all over the eastern part of the country but this location is far from my favorite. They just couldn't get my order correct. One slice of bacon was way undercooked and I had to send it back. Either way, the bacon had been sitting awhile before I arrived. The waiter was young and just needed more training, and also needs to listen better.

It was okay. I hope, with time, they will work out the kinks. Waited a while for a booth even after one family had eaten and left…then four others left, emptying booths before we were seated. The booth wasn’t wiped down before we were seated. We get our order taken and several items were wrong and/or left off including a waffle. We got the waffle, after asking for it, and it was hard and burnt (I like my food well done but not THAT well). They did remake the waffle but it was light, bright and dang near white. When another waitress brought out our chilli, it was over filled and she grabbed the chili with her hand over the bowl instead of underneath. Finally had trouble getting our regular waitress attention to get to go containers and a bag. I’m a seasoned Waffle House customer of over 30 years across Georgia. I believe, or I hope, they will get better over time. The location is still very new.
