Second time we walked out the staff just stood there acting like preschoolers. Didn't seem they wanted us there 10 6 2024 if happened again but another couple was ahead of us they walked out too.right after we left the black couple got service .to me some of the workers are racist there

We set in line for 20 minutes and when we got to the order spot the woman came on the intercom and told me it's 0000 or midnight sorry we are closed and when I said we been setting in line she said so. The sign across the front says to midnight or later. I believe dang at midnight they all turn into pumpkins and close up no matter how long you been waiting

The boss did not make my sandwich correctly! I went inside to get sauce packets and the cashier pretended not to see me so I had to address her myself. Very irritating!

This Wendy’s always goes above and beyond! They give out generous portions every time we go, they’re always quick and on their feet, they maintain friendly and professional customer service, and their food is fresh! Overall 5 stars will be back!
I went in for a job interview a few weeks ago. I went early in the morning after I waited for a while they then tell me he is in a meeting and to come back at 11:15. So that’s what I did and I still waited for about 30 min for the owner to sit down with me. After he knew I was there and kept walking in front of me not even saying anything. The owner at the end of in interview said he would be in touch. Let me tell you I have called up there multiple times. And every time all I got was he will get back with you. He never did, I called yesterday and whoever I was on the phone with says give me one moment not knowing. I could hear what they were saying about me. And what they were saying was just straight up rude you don’t talk about people behind there backs. When the man came back to the phone he says leave a name with me. I said no thank you I don’t think I want to work there. In general some of the workers the day of the interview had told me straight up you don’t want to work there I promise. And at that moment I didn’t care I just needed the money for gas. All I have to say is in general don’t apply there. They are rude. At that point I would think someone there would have the respect to call someone back to say hey you didn’t get the job or you did.

Most of the crew seems to be preoccupied when you come in. It takes a few minutes before you can order. If the line is long they will take at least three orders and tell everyone else to hold on before they take any more orders.
