Every time I come here my foods cold when I get it and you’re lucky if you even get all the food YOU PAY FOR !! This Wendy’s used to be good but now it’s super trashy

We had a big group but they were kind and quick. All of the food was hot and delicious. Quiet atmosphere and friendly service.
This is the best Wendy's that we have ever found and we are truck drivers. Every time we stay in Fitzgerald we always visit this Wendy's as it is next to the hotel. One time they mistakenly left part of our order out of our bag and walked it next door to the hotel to give it to us before we were able to notice it. The staff and management deserve praises. We have visited this store twice today.. I just went back around 10 pm and the manager made sure that my order was correct and he and the cashier made you feel welcomed and did not act like you were wasting their time like we run into all of the time around the country. Kudos, for all of yells hard work and exceptional experience that you give your customers.

This place was terrible! The first young lady I encountered was friendly and well mannered but the Second Lady who identified herself as a manager was rude, disrespectful and shouldn’t be in customer service at all A male manager came and apologized on her behalf but honestly you could tell he already knew about the problem We need to do better as a people, especially in a professional setting If you know you have bad or lazy employees get rid of them. The managers may have to work a little harder or pay a little more but in the end it will be better for business all together We’ve got to do better
