We went to eat and we got the zac pack and they were good .Susan has great customer service....
Always out of ice, always out of tea, they can never get my order right. I have tried to give them multiple.chances because of the limited places to eat, but after so many times the patience wears out.
Wish they would keep the Zensational salad all year long.
Update ---they are now keeping the Zensational all year long. I am so happy.
The manager Susan is so accommodating. If anything is wrong she makes it right.
There is the sweetest boy there who prays for us every time we go. I love the Fitzgerald Zaxbys.

They recently remodeled and it looks hideous. They took away the home town atmosphere and gave it a disgusting makeover. The inside has a landlord special paint job, and is just flat out bland. They tore up the floral arrangements on the outside. It looks almost dystopian. The food is okay on some days. Depends on who’s working.
I like Zaxby's, but lately I've going there and been receiving undercooked chicken fingers. I deal with having to wait a little bit longer to receive the meal I paid for, but at least make sure the chicken is fully cooked.

Recently updated. Good service and great tenders. Zaxby sauce is awesome. Make sure they put the sauce in the bag before driving off. I didn't one time, my fault for not checking. Great Cobb salad too.
