I live in Atlanta and have many fine dining options. I've been to almost all of the high-end restaurants in the city. Antebellum could hold its own with any of them.
The ambiance was wonderful. Our server, Stephen, went out of his way to accommodate a dairy issue. The food was good but not memorable.
Incredible place to go for dinner and drinks. Food is top notch here! Make a reservation and enjoy this one. Tip - Sometimes worth strolling in and sitting at bar if there are no reservations.
Wonderful dinner, great service & atmosphere. Antebellum never disappoints, the food is always the best. So happy to have them in Flowery Branch.
Antebellum never fails to deliver a great dining experience. The impeccable service, the cozy table settings, and the Southern charm of a small town in north Georgia all combine for a very memorable dinner out. We have been patrons since they opened and continue to celebrate under their roof.
My fiancé and I were looking for someplace nice within a 30 minute drive of Winder. Antebellum popped up on our search. And we are glad it did. Restaurant was quaint and nice. Lighting perfect. And food and ambiance amazing. Charity, our waitress, was kind, courteous and knowledgeable of the menu and drinks. Checked on us often. And hospitable conversation. We will return. Plus since it was Christmas week, the lighting of restaurant and little downtown of Flowery Branch was amazing!!
Fabulous and delicious dining experience. Evan was a wonderful waiter, always kept our needs met and anticipated all our need. Delicious!
We went for my wife's bday, I stated in the reservation it was a birthday. I had a cake made for her by Publix & to my dismay they told me they don't allow outside food. Food was bland, menu was very limited. First & last time going there...Grand opening, grand closing!
Food was absolutely fantastic. We ordered flat iron steak, duck, and shrimp and grits, everything was cooked to perfection, and flavors are definitely memorable. Finished dinner with sticky toffee cake, which, alone, is worth coming back for. Stephen, our server, was professional and very welcoming. Thank you for this amazing experience!
Every bite was delicious! Great meal, but “Fried green tomatoes “ is still my most favorite dish there.

I've been a regular since Antebellum opened and it NEVER disappoints! My 'go to' spot for special occasions and my favorite area restaurant, it's seasonal menu options and standards are delicious and consistent and the staff is outstanding. Don't miss it!
We ate here last year and it was phenomenal. This year we knew we had to come back. Unfortunately this go around was polar opposite. Our waiter (Stephen) was very unprofessional. We were her for work and needed our checks split all up and alcohol split from the food. He acted as if this was an extreme convenience. Told us that he couldn't print that many checks. Ultimately he did, but was very rude about it. The food as always was phenomenal. It did also take us about an hour to get our food.
My husband and I celebrated our 5 year anniversary at Antebellum last night. Sean, our waiter, was phenomenal and personable. We have delicious drinks and never a half full cup of water went unnoticed. We had the sweet potato soup, which was actually the most delicious soup we both have ever tasted. I mean, it was our favorite dish of the evening. We also did the burrata salad - fantastic. Both were very well balanced. For the entrées, we had the braised beef bolognese with goat cheese and it was all things comfort and elegant. Second entree was the wild Alaskan Halibut, which had a lemon risotto and chili sauce that helped to cut the fattiness of the dish. Both were very, very good. Good portions. We were stuffed, but had to get the toffee pudding. DELICIOUS. Will be back! Also looking forward to trying their pizza and brunch spot.
Food was very good also interesting wine list with many quality wines, servers all seem to be very knowledgeable.
We went to Antebellum for our anniversary and it was great! The food and service was fantastic. We will definitely be back.
