My husband and I celebrated our 5 year anniversary at Antebellum last night. Sean, our waiter, was phenomenal and personable. We have delicious drinks and never a half full cup of water went unnoticed. We had the sweet potato soup, which was actually the most delicious soup we both have ever tasted. I mean, it was our favorite dish of the evening. We also did the burrata salad - fantastic. Both were very well balanced. For the entrées, we had the braised beef bolognese with goat cheese and it was all things comfort and elegant. Second entree was the wild Alaskan Halibut, which had a lemon risotto and chili sauce that helped to cut the fattiness of the dish. Both were very, very good. Good portions. We were stuffed, but had to get the toffee pudding. DELICIOUS. Will be back! Also looking forward to trying their pizza and brunch spot.
Food was very good also interesting wine list with many quality wines, servers all seem to be very knowledgeable.
We went to Antebellum for our anniversary and it was great! The food and service was fantastic. We will definitely be back.
Perfect always. We love this restaurant so much. And the staff is so friendly, attentive, accommodating, always making sure our experience is special. Great start to our weekend ,
Absolutely hands down amazing, best food i have eatin. Even tge salad was unbeleivable. They are too 100 restraunt in Anerica for a reason.
Always 5 stars - Never disappoints. We have been customers for many years and i can always, always count on a great experience and great food.
Excellent food and service. Cannot recommend any of the offerings since everything we had was excellent. We like to go here because it's a high class place and something we don't normally do. However, the t-shirts and shorts and overly casual diners did not promote the ambiance we were expecting. For something to be special it has to feel special. The food, service and the restaurant was very special, just wish more people felt that way.
100% perfect evening! Service was exceptional. Food was phenomenal. We ate on the porch (by our choice) and that was a lovely atmosphere. We will for sure be visiting again!
This restaurant is all about fine dining. The food was incredible and the service was good. Housed in a very old Anterbellum home is an interesting setting for a dining establishment which seems appropriate for FloweryBranch. The full bar also has an extensive wine list. Fellow patrons on a week night dressed fairly casually.

You will never be disappointed with having dinner at Antebellum. The food is beyond fabulous, the staff and service are impeccable, the location is breathtaking, and they create, every time we dine there, an unforgettable experience. Wherever you live in Atlanta, get on your car and drive to Antebellum in Flowery Branch. Its our go-to restaurant when something special happens in our life. And don't be surprised if you decide to move here. Flowery Branch is God's gift to the state of Georgia.

One of the best places to eat and enjoy fine food and drinks with outstanding service and a wonderful atmosphere
We were celebrating two birthdays. The whole experience was excellent, the food was great and our server Charity helped make it a special evening .
Antebellum never disappoints. I ordered the halibut and it was one of the best I ever had. My bride had the gnochi with braised beef, also excellent. Our waitress as well as the entire staff were very attentive.
5 stars just isn't adequate ! I need at least 1000 more! One of the best things about living in Georgia is getting to find hidden gems in small towns that have amazing food! Chef Nick and his team know how to please the palate. Tonight we had a lump crab appetizer which was superb, then their notable Fried Green Tomato appetizer which I order every visit; delicious as always! My entree was the wild halibut which was beyond scrumptious! Perfectly seasoned; perfectly prepared! Save room for desserts. My group ordered the Sticky Toffee cake, the Jack Daniel's chocolate bread pudding, cheesecake and vanilla creme brûlée. All were a gorgeous way to end our meal. (My favorite was the bread pudding!) Great evening! Great food and service! Of course I will return!!
This was our first time at this restaurant and we are so disappointed and disheartened. As food lovers and business owners, we were expecting exceptional cuisine! What came out of this kitchen was sub-par. The cornbread was the worst we ever tasted. It was dry with no flavor at all. The meats were overcooked, dry and lacked flavor. The best part of the menu is the sides, drinks and desserts!
Our server was amazing, Sean! He was professional, listened and made great recommendations. We ended up sending the chicken entree back because it was overcooked and inedible. The shoulder tenderloin was overcooked both times and we refused to pay for it. When the manager came over, he said he spoke to the owners and they said “this is probably not your style of food, so this is not the establishment for you!”
Instead of accepting responsibility for poor quality of food preparation and execution, we were told to basically not come back. We have traveled the world for over 30 years and have experienced the best cuisine this earth has to offer. The treatment at this establishment l, by the manager, was insulting, to say the least!
What a disappointment in our new community! Shame on the owners, the managers and the chefs! Just be better and do better! Everyone can improve! You have not arrived in perfection of the culinary world!
