Antebellum never disappoints. I ordered the halibut and it was one of the best I ever had. My bride had the gnochi with braised beef, also excellent. Our waitress as well as the entire staff were very attentive.
5 stars just isn't adequate ! I need at least 1000 more! One of the best things about living in Georgia is getting to find hidden gems in small towns that have amazing food! Chef Nick and his team know how to please the palate. Tonight we had a lump crab appetizer which was superb, then their notable Fried Green Tomato appetizer which I order every visit; delicious as always! My entree was the wild halibut which was beyond scrumptious! Perfectly seasoned; perfectly prepared!...
We were celebrating my wife's birthday. Our first meal at Antebellum. Not a huge menu, but well thought out and something for everyone. Our waiter Sean suggested the brie appetizer and it was spot on with a port reduction. The halibut over lemon risotto was great. Great food, good service in a pleasant atmosphere.
