NEVER HAS ANY ICE CREAM IN STOCK! Good luck trying to order a Door Dash from them cause nothing on Door Dash is even in their store! Absolutely the worst Baskin-Robbins around, STAY AWAY!

This store never has stock of the correct donuts like boston creme or certain ice cream flavors. If I order doordash they never have what I order even if it's the app allowing me to order it. Order stock! Do better! They never even greet us when we go in store. Store is dirty when we go there.

This Baskin-Robbins shares it's location with a Dunkin' Donuts with the employees sharing responsibilities for both eateries. I went here on a hot day looking for something cool to eat. I ordered a single scoop of Rainbow Sherbet in a cup. The cashier was cordial and kind during the whole process. The sherbet was delicious, being cold and sweet, the right thing to have on a hot day all the while seeing additional customers coming after me also having the same idea as me to buy ice cream. I was somewhat surprised when going to write a review of my experience here that the reviews are mostly negative specifically about the service. Nevertheless, their opinions don't affect mine. Overall, I left satisfied with my time at Baskin Robbins with the food, service and the atmosphere!

Went to get some ice cream was never greeted until 10 mins later after I told the girl I was ready to order. Her and the other girl working kept laughing and talking through the headset.

TERRIBLE service. 6/30/24- Came in at 8:45. There were 3 tables full of families and I was the last customer they served. I was just going to grab ice cream and go. What I didn’t like was the woman employee working tonight (pixie cut, petite, Caucasian with glasses on) shouted unnecessarily loud that the time was now 9pm and everyone had to get up and leave. Every time I eat at an establishment and it closes, I am at least allowed to eat until I’m done with my food and leave, even if they did just close. She then goes to the other side of the restaurant and shouts again, this time louder and directly looking at a specific family. So rude. I don’t like seeing people spoken to in a rude manner, especially when it is uncalled for. The employee gave off that she hated her job. If so, why work there? We will likely not be going back.

Nice young man working this evening that was apologetic about short-comings but very unpleasant female. Her vibe was very unappealing and rude. Yelled at everyone in a rude tone to get up and leave cause they had closed. Ordered a banana split. No bananas. Ordered a sundae. No caramel, no fudge.

Came in today with my two children. We weren’t greeted for at least 5 minutes. We had about time to pick out our ice cream order and stand at the register only to be ignored. We left and went to munchies down the street. I get times are tough but a simple “one minute” or “I’ll be with you soon” would be great.

It was a hot day this afternoon. We walked into a clean, cool spot. We were greeted by the staff with smiles and prompt service. We ordered ice cream and drinks. It was a fantastic afternoon!

We got a good ice cream. But when we went to sit at a table, we noticed the floor , the table tops, and the chairs, were ALL filthy with food scraps. We wiped off a couple of chairs, and a spot on the table. Then we had to fight with the ants that wanted to carry the ice cream away. I used to drive through here. Not sure I will do that again.

They only have 14 flavors. This place is garbage and was out of the few ice cream flavors they did have.

Horrible service. Kids working there have no manners and no self worth. Been there twice and same experience both times.

They close at 9:00 pm. Arrived at 8:40. Wanted a milkshake. Was told I’m not doing shakes only ice cream. Was told after 8:30 they only serve ice cream. So why not just close at 8:30. Also careful on the cake book. It is metal and fell off the stand and scratched my daughters friends leg. Almost landed on a toe. Would have been bad!!All in all just not a good way to do business in my opinion.
