Flavorless pasta and dry garlic roll . Everything felt really sticky and grimy/dusty. Service was not great either as she was handling more than she could while other staff looked around . .. come on guys team work

I was pleasantly surprised. Generous portions. Food was good and hot. Not very busy, wait time was fair. Music was interesting, Sinatra, Bing Crosby, Patsy Klein. I will return.

The only pleasant part of our experience was our amazing server Alex. She was very sweet and helpful, and was quick to answer our questions. Our food took an hour to come out, and then half the order was wrong (it was correct on the bill, but made incorrectly). There was a server (an older lady with blonde hair) who was wildly unprofessional. She yelled at a busboy, which is crazy to do at all, let alone in the dining room. She used a really condescending tone when speaking to Alex, which really bothered us, especially because she was the only helpful person we encountered. Overall not a great experience, will not be going back. If we do, it’s for Alex.

Came in to eat here with my wife and kids last night and the chicken parmesan was fantastic. It's easily one of my favorite dishes and Biba's made it perfectly. Rolled out of there fat and happy :) Good drinks too.

Two weeks ago, I brought my kids to eat here because I've always liked this place. As always, the food was excellent; my kids loved it. Despite being completely packed, the service was fast and great. Our server was very attentive and friendly, but I'd especially like to give a shout-out to Christian, the busboy. This guy does a wonderful job; he's excellent, and you can tell he loves working. Don't lose this employee; consider him for any other position.

Food is always great, we drive one hour to go there because we like it , but today the service was not great, cold and old rolls, no plates for it , we just went there to celebrate our 20th wedding anyversary , and was not a great experience... we been costumers for years now..
