Wilkes Meat Market Braselton

I've been coming here for a couple of years and I'm glad that I have discovered Wilkes Meat Market. The meats are fresh and the prices are great. Just the other day I wanted to buy Chicken ? thighs at Costco which were around $33 and stopped, because I knew the prices @ Wilkes was much better. Just purchased today 6lbs for $12.It's well worth the ride and Wilkes has a great variety of chicken, beef, pork, sausages and they also cook/make in their kitchen, sandwiches ?, ribs, and other things that you can buy for lunch or dinner.

I usually do the shopping for the meat but my wife went here and asked the man behind the counter for a "good steak" and that she would take whatever he recommends. The man gave her the worst steak possible, completely destroyed any trust in this business from here on out. I used to come here as a kid but never went back after that.

Everyone was super friendly as soon as you walk in the door. Great quality meats to choose from, they even have bundle boxes to choose from that are reasonably priced, especially for the quality of their meats,my husband and I have been several times and have always been happy with our purchases.

My husband and I patronized this business for the first time today. Everything was great including their customer service. We will definitely be returning

Atlanta, Georgia native here, just relocated between Buford and Braselton. We had heard to check out Wilkes Meat Market in Braselton. I was overwhelmed by all the high end rubs, marinades, food service/catering items they offer, fresh baked cookies, a hot food bar, an excellent array of fresh meats, and yummy homemade meals made to go in their cooler case. But here is the kicker, their Brunswick stew is incredible!! It’s off the charts good, rivaling Old Hickory House and JR’s Loghouse who both have a loyal Brunswick Stew following dating back to the 1950’s. Thankfully there are no Lima Beans, Potatoes or Rice in this version, but it’s packed full of barbecued smoked pork, tomatoes, corn, onions and it’s all suspended in this rich, thick savory liquid. Bravo Wilkes you have made a customer for life. Also look for their homemade chocolate peanut butter cookies. Marvelous!

Wilkes (Braselton) formerly of Suwanee is ABSOLUTELY the best Meat Market bar none. Been shopping with Ronnie and family for almost 25 years. Best meat and friendliest service. ❤️ this place

Amazing products and friendly staff. Stopped here with my boyfriend to grab his dad a father's day gift of assorted meats and seafood. Better products than any grocery store and less costly. Highly reccomend.

Love this place. They have a ton of options on meat and honestly everything you would need to make a great meal. Great quality meat. The staff is extremely helpful and polite. I believe the pricing is great compared to the local market. 5 stars Thank you guys for your great service

Wide Variety of Amazing Meat and Related Products!!Great: Everything!! Today was my first trip and it my new favorite place. They have an awesome selection of any kind of meat you could want: beef, pork, ribs, sausages (jalapeno cheddar , yes please!) burgers (bourbon, jalapeno cheddar, and others) wings, and seafood. The cuts are excellent and the price is really good for the value. Excellent and friendly customer.Good: they also have an excellent selection of spices, marinades, and other products, such as lump charcoal and smoking wood chips. They also have some quality produce such as eggs, potatoes, and other veggies.Improve: N/ASummary: one of my absolute new favorite places!!

My husband and I visited them for the first time and from the time you step inside they’re warm and welcoming. Very informative and helpful. We had some of the meat this evening for dinner (baby back ribs) they did not disappoint!!! Freshness was on point. I can not wait to try the steaks. We also purchased some cajun crab dip which barely made it 24 hours. We will definitely be going back as well as recommending others to check them out. Thank you so much. ♥️♥️
