Susie has such amazing customer service and she was absolutely the sweetest person. We don’t get to come here often because of the drive but each time it’s worth it! I wish we had one closer to oakwood! But definitely worth the drive, we always get so much food to try everything and we have always left satisfied!

I will not go there for breakfast anymore the lady that works the drive thru window has a poor attitude and acts like she doesn’t want you there. And it doesn’t help there’s no one taking your order and you can barely hear and understand what the speaker is saying.

We had to wait 10 minutes for our food and then we were given the wrong order and had to go back. Then when we got our food and got home we only had 3 tenders when we were supposed to have 4 each. We also paid extra for ranch and the ranch cup was barely full enough to cover the bottom. This is very disappointing because we ate there a lot and not sure we will go back with how much we paid, how long we waited, and the missing items.

I normally frequent Bojangles for breakfast but other evening we decided to grab some fried chicken for dinner as we watched the SEC championship game. And I just want to say what a wonderful experience I had. From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted with nothing but smiles and how may I help you. The lady at the counter, her name was Claretha. She was so helpful as I had many questions. And I’m quite the picky guy. I’m not gonna lie. But I just want to say thank you. The food was perfect. The service was perfect and not only her, but her two other coworkers were extremely nice and treated me with such kindness as well. I really like the atmosphere and the attitudes of the employees. As I frequent a lot of restaurants and eat out quite a bit I just gotta say hands down this restaurant is well worth the stop if you want some awesome fried chicken served up with smiles and how may I help you!! It might be a quiet place, with not many sit in customers, but boy is it the best bojangles in 20 miles any direction. The food is always hot, the chicken always juicy, and every time they add something new to the menu it's always just as good as the last. The service is top notch, with the workers at this location being very respectful, friendly, and easy going. Its the only bojangles I go to anymore and I drive more than 30 minutes out of the way to go here every time I'm craving their fried chicken or deserts.
So I had an offer on the app for a free combo. I did everything right on the app, entered the code but when i proceeded to checkout, it didn’t go through asking me to pay for the meal. I went into the building, asked about it, the manager (I believe) couldn’t figure it out either so they decided to honor it and give me the free combo. Lakeysha was her name and she was very sweet and authentic. Definitely would come over to this location again.
