It might be a quiet place, with not many sit in customers, but boy is it the best bojangles in 20 miles any direction. The food is always hot, the chicken always juicy, and every time they add something new to the menu it's always just as good as the last. The service is top notch, with the workers at this location being very respectful, friendly, and easy going. Its the only bojangles I go to anymore and I drive more than 30 minutes out of the way to go here every time I'm craving their fried chicken or deserts.

So I had an offer on the app for a free combo. I did everything right on the app, entered the code but when i proceeded to checkout, it didn’t go through asking me to pay for the meal. I went into the building, asked about it, the manager (I believe) couldn’t figure it out either so they decided to honor it and give me the free combo. Lakeysha was her name and she was very sweet and authentic. Definitely would come over to this location again.

The young man at the cash register with the white hair and glasses has such a great attitude. The food was delicious it did take a minute but it was fresh. Definitely coming back

I said I wouldn't be back when they started the AI in the Drive-Thru which makes ordering three times as long however today I was craving one of their biscuits and I went through the drive-thru and the actual person answered. I said I needed two biscuits and a large sweet tea she repeat it back that's one biscuit sweet tea I said no two biscuits she said okay I get to the window and I only have one biscuit. I am done with this location.
Not bad for a fast food, but better than all other fast food for the same price.. best onion rings in the area, really good lemonade and I suggest to try the N 6

Just brought Bojangles home to my family from this location. This location used to be really good. Fresh food and great service but has gone down in both in recent months. They forget something in my order every time I order. Left out biscuits, left out sides…and what not. I feel like a snob having to check through every bag and make sure the food is fresh and I’m getting everything I paid for but with prices of everything now a days, I kinda have to be that way.

The staff here is excellent! The food is great. This is 100000% whatever idiot owner decided it was more effective and efficient to use an AI ordering system. I build SaaS for a living with AI use cases embedded into our offering. We only do this when it enhances the CX. I now HATE going to this Bojangles bc the AI system gets orders wrongs and takes 10x longer to order.
