This review is inspired by YouTubes channel infographics. I went to this bk, haven't been to one 7 to 8 years. Was in a hurry. It was after 3 pm and it was slow. Ole buddy microwaved my Patti and I was waiting for 15 minutes, I should of asked for my money back but was in a hurry. This was three months ago and im never going back to any BK. Bk is dead.

Ken was absolutely amazing. He was friendly, attentive, and very accommodating when I realized I had forgotten to request no salt on my fries. He quickly made sure everything was corrected without hesitation, and his positive attitude really made the experience enjoyable.

I was in flowery Branch over the holidays and enjoyed the Burger King several times while I was there I've never written a Google review before but I really wanted to share how friendly the staff was at this location and most importantly how friendly the manager was Sasha I spent a lot of time with family and they had food and all and it was great but I always had to have either breakfast lunch or dinner while I was at the hotel and the Burger King was my on the go my choice and I kept going back because of the friendly staff l I wanted to let you kno

Burgers taste as if they have been under a warmer for half the day. They are extremely dry. Lettuce was so bad I had to scrape it off. Way to much mayo. Fry's were good.

I am extremely upset and disappointed in this Burger King after tonight. I only had $20 tonight to buy me and my kids dinner, and I made my order on the app at 9:30pm. This location closes at 10:00pm. They took my order and I was notified that it was being prepared. They took my money and I was preparing to go get it. I arrived at the store at 9:40 and the store was closed! There were employees in the kitchen cleaning and closing up. Even though they took my money and my order, I was unable to get my food. I went in the Burger King app and was issued a refund but now the refund will take up to 5 business days to receive. Me and my kids were unable to eat tonight because of this. They decided they didn’t feel like making anymore food 30 minutes before closing, but still took my money and order, only for me to arrive and then be closed.

Infatuated with pulling people up when meal is paid for. Waited 25 mins for 2 items. Also Watched male cook with the AirPod in his ear make Several orders with no gloves on… put them on when he realized i had been watching waiting for my order . Disappointing.
