Burgers taste as if they have been under a warmer for half the day. They are extremely dry. Lettuce was so bad I had to scrape it off. Way to much mayo. Fry's were good.

I am extremely upset and disappointed in this Burger King after tonight. I only had $20 tonight to buy me and my kids dinner, and I made my order on the app at 9:30pm. This location closes at 10:00pm. They took my order and I was notified that it was being prepared. They took my money and I was preparing to go get it. I arrived at the store at 9:40 and the store was closed! There were employees in the kitchen cleaning and closing up. Even though they took my money and my order, I was unable to get my food. I went in the Burger King app and was issued a refund but now the refund will take up to 5 business days to receive. Me and my kids were unable to eat tonight because of this. They decided they didn’t feel like making anymore food 30 minutes before closing, but still took my money and order, only for me to arrive and then be closed.

They missed the bacon on ALL my cheeseburger. Not the first instance either. PLEASE don't come here, you will get poorly treated and mixed food everytime.

Infatuated with pulling people up when meal is paid for. Waited 25 mins for 2 items. Also Watched male cook with the AirPod in his ear make Several orders with no gloves on… put them on when he realized i had been watching waiting for my order . Disappointing.
I've been here a couple times and it was....fine. today it was fantastic. The guy on the speaker, easy? I think, actually let me have a minute when I asked and then was patient and helpful with the menu. Super friendly and accommodating. Then, when I got to the window, he was even more personable! The girl who brought our food was sweet and the food, ALL THE FOOD, was hot, fresh, and well seasoned. I was super impressed. Great hires!!!

I stopped by to grab a whopper for my greater mountian swiss with points built up for a free whopper since the points are expiring. I did order it without the garden, Burger King as a whole should be embarrassed.
Personal did get it out quickly and hot enough. So they do get top marks.
