Good burgers and fries. Always stop in when I am shopping in that area.

I am gluten-free by choice! They have a gluten-free bun! It was not dry or have a weird texture! We got the bucket list cheeseburger. This is the kind of cheeseburger you will crave! The Bobby's suace was very good!!!!

Best meal I’ve had at any of your locations. The fries just keep getting better! That burger was so perfect yesterday with fresh lettuce and pickles and my choice of cheese.

Good food, quick service. the day we went they were walking around offering refills on fries. That was a pleasant surprise.

I just love the food here and they have excellent customer service now. Plan on coming back!

My honest reaction when they brought me my $17 burger and fries was…

Well this place won’t be in business in 6 months.

The food was fine. Just fine. The burger could’ve been a single frozen patty from Costco. Actually it may have been smaller than a frozen Costco patty.

Decent but terrible for the price. I can’t believe they are in business. I won’t be going back.

I know inflation has hit hard but this was extreme.

Food is always very good! The fries seem to have a hold on me!

I recently was fired from an assistant management position at the flowery branch store. A little over a month and a half max ago. I got a call from the owner the day before on the store phone concerning a text I sent. This message was stating I personally hoped that the owner was not STEALING THE CASH TIPS AND TAXING THE CREDIT CARD TIPS. Seeing as our checks showed up something was wrong for a few of us. Leading up to ones mother making him quit because the owner was a theft. So in this call owner stated " I am the owner and I can take 3% if I want and what am I suppose to do when I think someone is stealing from my registers?" I said" no sir you cannot steal from your employees you must find another way call the police and watch your cameras ". I was sent a text the next day saying I was fired. For a customer complaint. I have personal written accounts of almost every daily activity done wrongfully here to me personally and I am in contact with a few lawyer firms as of now. Thats why I am still saying g something publicly people need to know whom they are giving their hard earned money to. Also they failed 3 health inspections. One of the three was in the month I was there. They didn't post it publicly as well which is illegal.

ALWAYS the best burgers! Y los detras de cámaras (cocineros) son los mejores! They really put their heart in their art, feels like a home cooked and filling meal everytime! Gracias!

Cashier made me feel like “ how dare I come in and bother her at work” not friendly or welcoming don’t even think she said a word to me. Got my food and my tenders were as big as my thumb. I found a woman named Jennifer who worked here who was super friendly and nice and asked her about my tenders. She fixed the situation and fast. She’s the reason for the stars on my review

Really bad experience for dinner. This is the second time I have been to the one in Flowery Branch and the previous time was bad but this time was worse. The food took 25 minutes to get. The people working there act like you are imposing on them to order the food. Miserable service. The toppings bar was a disaster and half the items were empty. Several of the sauce dispensers were empty including Bobby’s sauce. Both of the napkin dispensers were completely empty. Overall, the staff don’t want to work so my advice is to find some people that actually want to work. $25 for 2 burgers, 1 fry and water is ridiculous and we will not be back.

Went here for an early dinner. Ordered a Cheeseburger combo that included a side of fries and a drink. There was a condiment bar where you could add whatever toppings/condiments you want to your burger. I placed lettuce, tomatoes, onions and pickles along with little bit of ketchup, mustard and mayo on my burger which ended up being very tasty and filling. The fries as well tasted great. The service as well was awesome. A great experience all around.

Food isn’t as good as I remember five people working their condiments were empty and the place wasn’t very clean and there wasn’t any towels in the bathroom

Staff was very pleasant. Condiment area was clean and organized. Burger was damn good. Definitely gives 5 Guys a run for the money.
