I really like the chicken biscuit and sandwich. The only complaint I have is the chicken noodle soup. It use to be delicious but they have changed something about it. Now it just taste like a can of progresso soup.

I really dislike restaurants that close restrooms 40 mins prior to closing. I drove all the way to this location to grab food for my family which takes awhile to get to. Only to say no restrooms. Why would I eat there and be able to use the restroom? We just went somewhere else . Ridiculous. This location has lazy people who just want to hurry and close fast and hope customers just leave like we did. Do better

The experience is always a stellar one! The food is always fresh, and the service is always speedy which is what we've come to expect from ChikFila, however some have fallen off. The Spout Springs location has not! I needed a receipt from a purchase made on 8/29. I called and was unable to connect the call. A staff member, Dominique, called me back, and spent a little over 15 minutes helping me retrieve that receipt. This is the type of above and beyond service that you just don't get everywhere!
This was the most pathetic service I've ever gotten from any Chick-fil-A ever. Got told to move up twice.... Order was simple 5 regular chicken sandwiches, 12 piece nuggets, and 3 LG fries. No drinks, no meals, nothing complicated. Sat in drive thru for 20 minutes and then some bc we got blocked in by people still trying to order food cause the line was beyond wrapped around the building. Only Chick-fil-A I've ever had a problem with. Please do better.

Last two times, order has been wrong! Way too expensive to mess up orders that people in my home won’t eat. Please be more careful.
