This is the worst Chickfila I’ve ever been too. The lazy workers don’t know how to do any of the special drinks and they run this store like a McDonald’s. Always something wrong.

This Chick-fil-A location is consistently extremely busy on drive-thru
and the staff often appear unprofessional. After waiting 30 minutes just to reach the speaker to place my order, the employee assisting me seemed distracted, laughing, and not paying attention. I had to repeat my order multiple times to ensure it was taken correctly.
Waiting half an hour to order and receive food at 8 p.m. on a Tuesday is unacceptable for a fast-food restaurant. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I have experienced this issue at this location. Additionally, my order was still prepared incorrectly.
While waiting in line, I observed several staff members inside the restaurant standing around, socializing, and even dancing instead of working, which only added to the frustration.

Absolutely absurd reaction to needing a sauce. We went to the drive-through and the girl taking our order did not ask if we needed any sauces, not a big deal as I can ask when we get up to the window. We get to the window and I say “she didn’t ask about sauces when we did our order so can we get one ranch please” she then proceeds to tell me I have to go park in lane two and wait for someone to bring us ONE ranch as she stands directly next to the condiments station. There was absolutely no reason she could not reach directly next to her hand us one ranch and let us be on our way and instead wanted us to park to prove a point I suppose. Good was good, employee sucked.
Sat at the drive thru for 5 minutes until some lady honked at me and I was forced to move forward. Then I was told that they can’t take my order after I was literally laughed at and I’ll have to wait to have my order taken. Really terrible service, very disappointed.
This location is typically great, especially considering the volume.
Today i was asked to pull ahead to spot 1 when I asked for 2 chicfila sauce & 4 honey roasted bbq sauce...... I waited 5 minutes before i just left & never got the sauce. Why couldn't he just hand me the sauce at the window?! A bit frustrating 😑
