I'm on a road trip with my toddler and we decided to stop in for an early dinner because I saw in the about section this location had a playground. Well it does not. Any parent with an active toddler knows how important it is for them to stretch their legs and get out energy while on long road trips. Please change your information in the about section!!

This is my favorite location ( actually the only location I will go to), always great service great food. I usually go through the drive thru and I'm usually stop by most everyday to get my lg sweet tea. You employees are so kind polite friendly and never fails everyday I'm greeted with Hey Mr. Shane when I have had a bad day and I come to your location to turns my day around. Thank you for having such a wonderful caring team!! They are the best!! Great Job.

I pick my granddaughter up every Wednesday and she says let’s go to Chick o lay… even my watch tells me now lol…the young lady that worked the front this morning is so super sweet… my granddaughter usually gets a balloon before we leave and there weren’t any out and she went back and got some made… Justin and his team are top notch! Love this location!

I rarely leave a review and I love Chick-fil-A, but this location gets something wrong in my order almost every time I come here. It is really disappointing to get a sausage biscuit when you ordered a chicken biscuit. I always double check things, but sometimes it is too late to go in when you have 5 kids in the car.

This location is our regular stop and proud of that as we were traveling recently and stopped at an alternate location that gave us tea that tasted like it was made with dirt water stopped here on a long shot that they would let use switch the teas for theirs. After explaining the situation then obliged and the new teas where perfect! Thank you oakwood for helping the chain name as an individual franchisee!

Yeah not coming back to this location. This is the SECOND time there has been hair trapped between the lid of my cup and drink. Absolutely DISGUSTING!! My primary visit yesterday morning was because of the lemonade. Over it. I don't want a phone call, points, a discount, or a new order. Get your staff together and make them wear hair nets. This is unreal!!!!!! How do they not see this as they're putting lids on? Thank God I didn't drink this on the way to work. I noticed this once I got to work as soon as I inserted the straw. I don't even have black hair.
This is disturbing that this continues to happen. SMH!

We had meals for our four grands and the three of us. One was missing from the order. When I reported it, they quickly and graciously filled the order. No push back. Great job!
Placed an order on the app. When I got there it was very quick service. Probably two to three minutes before they came out with the order. My only complaint: The pretzel bun on the burger should at least be the size of the whole sandwich. It was too small.
