Chili's Grill & Bar

We had a great dinner tonight 9/16. We don't usually come by on a Tuesday/weekday and were surprised to see the bar area was very busy. We could see why. The bartender was really personable and seemed to know everyone there. The manager got our chips and he checked on us several times. One person next to us seemed unreasonably rude and upset about his cheese melted on his burger but the manager & staff were amazing and went above and beyond. Great service. Food was hot, fast, and delicious. We we definitely be back

Hit or miss with these restaurants. One in Buford was bad then good now flowery branch has flipped. Overall not great , young kids working not having a clue about service . Food consistently cold . Have to send it back every time. Not coming back .

Went and was sat down and waited 10 minutes to be acknowledged. When waitress finally acknowledged us she was rude and sat silverware down then went and took the order of a table that was sat down 10 minutes after we were. So we left. When I called the manager he just literally dusted me off. We went to the Gainesville location and had a completely different experience so it's definitely this location!!!!

Food is always hot and fresh and drinks of the week are a great price. I love the triple play. The chicken strips with tennessee hot sause is freakin amazing!!

The owners and management of this store should be ashamed! The customer facing staff here are awesome but the quality and quantity of food here is crap compared to other Chili's in this general area. This store should be shut down and the customer facing staff should be relocated to other stores in the area that have good food but struggle with bartenders and wait staff. Years ago this location was good, I dont know what happened... now I know why all of our friend drive to the Hamilton Mill location to get lunch and dinner

Tuesdays are the best at Chili's because Caitlin is there tending bar. She always greets you with a smile and is very attentive. Great food, but it is the service and the smile that keeps me coming back. Thanks George!

Everytime I've eaten here, my food has been hot, made the way I ordered and gets to my table in a reasonable amount of time.
We were also impressed with the manager, Mary! She came to our table to ensure that the food was prepared properly.

I'm usually there early Friday evenings.
I've been going here for a year or two. If
I ever had any problem with the food it was addressed quickly and easily with a friendly smile and prompt action.
I think Heather is the bartender and Mary is the manager. Thank you for all the positive experiences at my neighborhood grill.
