Most folks I know aren’t a fan, but I love crumbl!!! I had a pick up order at Bath&Body works and crumbl was next door. I went to see what the cookies were and I was sold!!!

If I could give them negative stars I would. I ordered a cookie Saturday night at 9:10, for my daughter who has had the flu and all she wanted was a crumble. Used my point but had to stop and get her electrolytes before I made it a few minutes after 10. Not only did they see me and ignore me which ok it's after closing but today when I called the girl that answered the phone was arguing with me telling me that it was picked up at 9:06 when I was telling her per the app order was placed at 9:10 and never picked up. It's not about the cookie I can get a cookie anywhere it's about the lie. Who the hell is going to make a story up to get a free $5 cookie? Not only will I find who owns this location I will also call corporate and let them know because they took my points and as expensive as they are they should have some decency, honesty and I know they can see it was never picked up so for them to argue with me when they were all there on Saturday acting like they did not see me knocking on the door shows they have absolutely no consideration for loyal customers.
