I've lived here almost 30 years and this Dominos has been the most consistent, tasty and efficient pizza delivery place in the area. The place is clean, drivers and front staff are courteous, the pizza & stuffed cheesy bread is excellent! I'll continue to support them as long as they continue to be consistent.

There are many people in the store and even so the service is poor. I placed a carry out order, I gave all the specifications of my car, and when I got to pick up I checked in in the app, and despite that no one ever came out to deliver my order at the passenger door as I had requested. I had to go into the store to pick up my order. By the way, the volume of the music was very high

Despite all the negative reviews our delivery driver was friendly the store associate we spoke to over the phone was very respectful and helpful and the food was decent and still warm when it got here it took a little longer to be delivered due to shortage of drivers but it did not affect the quality or service

The pizza was very disappointing. It was very dry and it didn’t have the garlic seasoning on the crust. They also completely forgot to put the bacon on the pizza.

They need to work on their distribution of sauce, cheese and toppings. Pretty much every pizza we've gotten from this location has included the following: 1-3 slices with cheese so thick the crust underneath is still rawish, and the bottom layer of cheese isn't melted. 1-3 slices with barely anything on them, basically just barely sauced crust 1-3 slices with less than 3 pepperoni rounds on them Please take the extra 2 seconds to evenly distribute the ingredients.

Got a gogo order, even tipped. Let them know I would be just outside in my truck right outside the front door. 30 minutes later I thought it was odd 2 sandwiches were still not ready on a slow afternoon. Went inside and apparently they had been ready for 23 minutes and just sitting there.....Not my first less than optimal experience at this location delivery or pick up.

Yes, I've had them mess up an order before. It happened once out of 50 or more times. Not a problem.
The food is consistent at this location.
Kids working here are always helpful and friendly.
We usually get mango habanero chicken sandwich.
Try the Five Cheese Macaroni with jalapenos (or add fresh ones when you get home).
Told the dominos crew I was playing games and couldn’t make it to the door. They threw in a free drink to keep me hydrated, thank you!!!!

I ordered pizza for me and my family and we all got food poisoning from it. Extremely disappointed and upset. This is unacceptable. Don’t order from here unless you want food poisoning.

This place always has an excuse with everything! They never want to make the food or are always out of something! Literally had ordered a pan pizza and they said they were out of the dough like how can you not of made the order to order more dough? THE MAIN INGREDIENT FOR THE PIZZA! If you say you’re out of pan pizza dough then that means you are unable to make all dough type pizza cause it’s all the same regular and pan pizza dough. So you’re trying to say you couldn’t make any type of pizza?!?!?! It’s a pizza restaurant and you want to say you’re out of dough?!?!?! HOW?!?!?! One day they had called us when we had ordered and told us they aren’t making our food because they literally said they were refusing to make anymore food the rest of the night when they still had two hours left of being open!!!! And then also one night we had ordered delivery and had wanted a 2 liter of sprite and instead of giving us a call or anything when the driver had arrived he was running back to his car to try and not give us time to get his attention and when we did we had told him we got a soda and then had the nerve to say “no you didn’t” and then walked to the door to check our receipt and said oh yeah you did and we were like yeah that’s what we said. And then he was like oh well we are out of sprite probably that’s why you didn’t get it and we were like then can we get a credit or a refund and he refused and so we asked him well we are getting a soda because we ordered it and you aren’t refunding us and he was like well I have a coke and we just accepted that since we ordered a soda. But if you don’t have something why you are just going to walk away and not even be of any service to the customer and just hope they won’t notice, how would someone not notice they are missing a whole 2 liter of soda?!?!? And tell me why we went to go pick up our food and the employees were arguing in the store talking about why orders are messed up and the person making the food was getting upset and was threatening to just stop making orders all together? If you can’t handle the work then don’t work there, it’s as simple as that! If you get angry over some pizza, then that’s not the place for you! And there shouldn’t be arguing over if food is going to be made or not, it’s unprofessional and also ridiculous. This store has gone done the drain, it used to be good 3 years ago but then they got a whole new staff that don't even want to work! Just close the store then if you guys can’t stay in stock of things or hire people that actually want to work!!! It’s ridiculous how pathetic this location is and I’m specifically talking about the FLOWERY BRANCH LOCATION!!!!

This is our second time in a row that we are experiencing this particular issue. So we ordered Buffalo Specialty Pizza and it came looking like a cheese pizza with barely (if any) Buffalo sauce. You are charging extra for those and simply have the gut to send that pizza as Buffalo. On the other hand I simply cannot stand the amount of times we did not receive the blue cheese (past orders) while ordering wings. And I am talking about this specific FLOWERY BRANCH - HOG MOUNTAIN LOCATION- you don’t deliver them but STILL charge for extra. Simple lack of consistency. I hope this review will encourage you guys to do a better job.
