This dunkin is BEYOND the worst I have ever gone too. Between the food they give out and the coffee.. WHEW.. Every single time I have gone here the food is either burnt, cold, or inedible. Their coffee tastes horrible. I am not sure if it is their machines or what!! After not going to this location for a while, I got 2 brown sugar shaken espresso and one with cold foam. To no surprise, there was no cold foam that you have to pay extra for. But wait.. It almost seemed like they accidentally put some berry flavoring in the other one?? blueberry.. raspberry??? no clue but will continue avoiding this location moving on!

10/10 recommend this Dunkin, my food is always perfection. On this particular night a kind employee named Emmanuel made my matcha perfectly, no clumps or extra in the bottom, that’s how you make a perfect matcha, take notes. :D

Ordered a sandwich on a croissant and hot chocolate in the drive thru. Had to wait a little for my hot chocolate to be ready, longer than it took for my sandwich. Sandwich was fine but the hot chocolate was brown hot water, no flavor whatsoever, didn’t even drink it. Worst hot chocolate I’ve ever had. I don’t get breakfast out much but I definitely won’t be going here again.

Probably the most clueless group of people running a restaurant in the town of flowery branch. No idea what they are doing, no regard for the customer, and no urgency what so ever.

I've waited too long to post a review but it's time. Every experience, at different locations, are absolutely 💯 horrible. I order a simple cold brew and they always forget to add sugar, toppers, straw etc....through the drive thru. On 3 separate occasions I got avocado toast w/ crumbled bacon (which is more $$), I got strips of greasy bacon laying across the top which was not edible. Then the other time, no bacon or one strip of bacon. What happened to crumbled??? Today I ordered, thru the drive-thru, Maple snakin bacon. Sounded good, however, the bottom of the bag was soaked in grease. Not edible yet again. What has happened to Dunkin?? Service is always terrible along with their food. Provided no receipt either and the prices have gone up significantly. Not worth it, I'm going to have to stop going.

In the past few months, the wait times have gone down exponentially. The staff has been very kind. This is a big change from the first year or two when they opened.
Ice Latte taste like a water. Everything Bagel mini doesn’t warm up good ,cold inside .

If you want your food thrown at you and spit in then this is the perfect place for you. Very rude and unprofessional. Was Immediately greeted with "what do you want" in the most hateful tone by the worker named jordan. I ordered a donut and a sandwich, proceeded to throw the donut at me and when I got my sandwich I opened it up because it had a slimy texture when I picked it up and it was spit in. STAY AWAY.
