Bad service and a bad attitude from the person who helped me.

2 visits in a row. Walk in. No welcome by any of the 5 employees. Everyone is working on the drive thru and ignoring the guests inside. Walked out after about 10 minutes. Never again. Went across the parking lot to Danny’s Donuts and received prompt and courtesy experience.

This place needs a major management change. Placed a mobile order 10 mins out. They didn’t have it ready. Also handed me a coffee and said have a nice day. No clue where the rest of my order went. Employees are confused and it shows. No sense of direction or guidance. DD get a management training team in here and fix this place before it goes under!

Twice in one week my order was wrong I asked for xl midnight coffee they give me a large and tell me it’s super strong so they only offer in large
2nd instance 2 days later They give me normal coffee when I requested midnight coffee I understand they don’t care but management is poor and consistency in terrible they have literally messed my order up 3 times in one month and don’t have time to go back and fix order when I’m leaving for work this is poorest customer service I have experienced at a Dunkin in my entire life and will not be going to this specific location located next to Kroger. I’ll just make my coffee at home or go to Starbucks if I am on a run

This place is basically an advertisement for Danny's Donuts. I definitely will be avoiding this location in the future. Rude af and completely botched the order. For the ridiculous prices they charge, they should be able to afford competent staff. One lady was nice at least.

Love going their but they got start letting the hot coffee finish brewing before they server it. The coffee is thick and bitter ruins for the customer. This has happened several times. I have even went on the inside to tell them what they did wrong. Got do better with training. Across the board I have experience this at several dunkin thru out my travels.

A girl named Kimmy working at approximately 8pm on 12/10 was extremely rude and short with me when I ordered inside the cafe. I was nice with her as I am with everyone and she was just downright rude in return. Not cool.

Ever since management changed my favorite people who gave great service are gone! Glad a new one is opening closer to me hopefully they’ll have good service there.
They never have french curlers everytime I go they never have them it's annoying they haven't had them for like two days now

Someone cut in front of me in the line to get their mobile order almost hit me. When I got to the front I was clearly annoyed never yelled just said she cut me off. The guy said well she can. Then I said wow that is ridiculous and he told me I was banned from the store and would call the cops on me if I showed up again. First off I have no desire to go back with how that employee handed the situation. I didn’t even raise my voice. Why should they be able to cut in front of me? Then he was holding on to my card after he swiped it and said I am taking your name down you won’t ever be allowed to come back. All because I said maybe you should get some signs. I am really annoyed I did nothing wrong. Their number doesn’t even work so I can’t call and it not worth my time to get the police called to go over to talk to a manager. Again he handled it in a non professional way. I am very disappointed in this service.
