Food was as expected. Seating is awful. Everyone is on top of each other. So if you like that, you’re in heaven! Staff were friendly.

The team at this location is always friendly and welcoming. We come here often and it is easy to see the team cares about delivering a great product. It’s not that fastest, but always worth the wait, always.

Don’t sit outside T mobile on the phone with customer service. A firehouse subs employee with a bowl cut will come outside and “check on” you. Never in my life have I been weirded out minding my OWN BUSINESS. You do realize the whole parking lot isn’t for firehouse subs? Firehouse will never get mine or my family’s business after this interaction.

We placed an order for pickup with one being a combo (fries and drink) and the other as a sandwich. We came and picked up our order and thankfully I checked the bag before my husband drove off. We were missing the drink and fries. When my husband went back inside and let them know we were missing items. They proceeded to work on other orders, rather than fix our order immediately. I get that sometimes places can be busy and they can be short handed. But they had a full staff working and it wasn't too busy. The service wasn't fully up to par with all the other firehouse sub locations.

It took 34min to get a sub ordered online and even then it was wrong. The food is good but the staff need to do a better job working together and communicating. While I was sitting there waiting I saw three other people get their orders wrong

I have never had a negative experience at this firehouse, and the service is very good. Once, the power was out, and they let me and my fiance come back later when the power got restored. Awesome people!

I've been to multiple firehouse subs locations, this one is by far the best. I only come to this location now. The employees are SUPER friendly, always accommodating, and constantly ensuring quality. 10/10 would recommend

I came in with a weird request for a group of equestrian girls at a competition and they were more than helpful and made the experience super easy and were extremely accommodating! I would definitely recommend this restaurant for any and all food needs. Big or small! Thank You Firehouse team! :)

We tried new subs. I just like my favorite better. Hook and ladder. Not a fan of their steak and cheese sub. Hero was ok, just prefer the hook and ladder.
