Firehouse Subs Flowery Branch

We tried new subs. I just like my favorite better. Hook and ladder. Not a fan of their steak and cheese sub. Hero was ok, just prefer the hook and ladder.

I hope that leaders at the restaurant reads this. I recently started to frequent this site, normally at lunch where service is great. 2 people that do a great job. However, Friday I stopped in about 4pm and there were 5 people working, I had to repeat my order 3 times to the girl at the register, a simple order 2 large turkey and provolone subs, white, lettuce, cucumber, banana peppers and mayo.. COLD. that is it. Then 5 minutes later a guy asked me again, my order. I repeated. I waited a total of 22 minutes. When I reached my destination and gave my son his sandwich.. My sandwich had onion, tomato no cucumber. $27.00 for a stressful 22 minutes, and couldn't even get it right after repeating the order 4 times.. I am sorry to the lunch crew who is very friendly, fast and accurate, but I can not spend extra money on a sub place that is incompetent.

When your hours say 9:00 and you come there at 830and they are closed up already is flat out ridiculous they don't even cook the subs they are steamed. Can't stand businesses where the employees think they should be locking up and leaving at closing time when I worked at a restaurant you could come in at 9:59 sit down eat take your time not be rushed even get a second round of drinks
